So if the heating pad runs off of USB-C, can't we just use any power bank or even 18v batteries with their inverters?

Ryobi definitely needs to make an 18v version of the heating pad! Would allow for much longer runtime.

Can you buy that foot ball? And the cups? I would love to have that. Thank you.

If Ryobi is going to make something like this, I think they should make a waterproof 4V battery storage case too, that's flat and holds 4 batteries. And they should make it Ryobi green.

Lithium? It’d make more sense on their 18v platform but don’t think it’d be heating for long

Honestly the only issue is the pad should come with 2 3ah batteries and not 2 2ah batteries. Up the run time by 50%

@@james2042That’s exactly what I was gonna say! I picked up several of the 3AH cells when they were on sale as a two pack for $30ish bucks. Awesome little cell, better than my Milwaukee USB3.0 cells in my opinion.

I would get 2 3ap batteries for that cushion. Would really help with run time.

Will the Milwaukee top off power the cushion ???

This is what I want to know, if it is USB-C, can we use anything?

@@CowsGoM3ow Mostly minus 30 but ya your right i might be pushing some limits. Reality is towns soo small if it runs for 10 minites twice per charge at that temp id be happy. Good bloody point though. Cheers.

@@CowsGoM3ow Lithium batteries work fine during winter however if they're cold, they won't charge until they're warmed up.

@@evictioncarpentry2628 Alaskan winter is not the same as a Californian winter :/
There is a reason we use units. And "lithium batteries work fine during winter". If you think lower effective battery capacity due to low temp counts as working fine then sure lol

@@CowsGoM3ow I live in Northern Canada and leave my tools in my truck when it's -40. They work the exact same. The only thing is none of the chargers, milwaukee or Makita, will charge then below 0C
