  • 10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100 Alternating Lunges
    5 Wall Walks to start each Round

    Wish I had a little more urgency today on both movements. Saving a tenth to a quarter of a second per rep doesn’t usually mean a lot unless you’re saving that much on 550 reps! No reason to pause on the wall walks but I did give in a couple times. Get through the first 3 rounds of wall walks and you’ll be able to reset your shoulders in the time it takes to do the lunges just due to the number of them you’ll complete each round. Give this one a go!
