Longport Water Tower: Smiley Face is Back

The city of Longport was doing a lot of work to the Water Tower this winter and spring. I will link my previous Longport video down below, that shows the water tower without Happy Face painted on it. But the day I took this video they had just finished painting Happy Face back on again.
