Yet another video that's pushing me to want to try CX someday. Maybe it's just my outside perception, but it looks like 50% semi-serious cycling and 50% "We're a bunch of kids who set up this wild obstacle course in the backyard before our parents come home to ground us for tearing up the lawn." Granted this one is a bit off the rails but hey...

😂, that’s a great description. People definitely take it serious but there’s always an element of ridiculousness. Bunch of races in the Pittsburgh area in November. Just show up with whatever bike and give it a shot.
