Lovely. I have DS and MH versions. The DS grey titanium and WN davys grey would dovetail nicely in that group too 😊. Thanks for the swatches

Interesting. I've used the Michael Harding one, but none of the others. It is pretty wonderful for skies or beaches, with a little cobalt or things like burnt sienna- I enjoy how it separates and spreads out and dabs away.

Thanks for the video I tried Daniel Smiths and loved it but was willing to try different brands, but the comparison made me realize that DS version is the best for me 🌺

Thank you so much? I wondered what they looked like. I like Daniel Smith’s and the two Roman szmals! Perfect.

After coming back to this video, I want to try Da Vinci’s. Buff Titanium DSmith was nice, but I want a different option.

My favorite ones are Daniel Smith's, Sennelier (called "Warm Grey"), Roman Szmal and a couple handmade ones. The worst ones are Rembrandt's and VanGogh's (which are made from the same company, Royal Talens). Instead of being white-browns, they're white-grays. They are much cooler than they should be. I'd say, avoid these two, unless you're looking for that color specifically.

Daniel Smith is so pigmented and just the right hue. I've never tried Sennelier before but I'm sure it is just as good.

How is the Talens one grey when it has Br7 in it?

@@demi3115 They don't have enough of it. They don't come out as warm as expected, they come out dull and cold.

Thank you for making this! Was going to go for van gogh since it's the cheaper available version but DS really stunned!

The da Vinci one is mild on its own but shines when blended and mixed with other colors.

i love this color when painting birds. QOR also has a nice version; of the ones you tested, i personally like the daVinci.

Doesn’t Daniel Smith Buff Titanium contain PW6:1 like the one from Roman Szmal?
