Thank you Corrine for your video and this project is really coming together with the flowers all taking shape. I can't believe you have made so much headway into the infamous drawers of wool, well done. I really need to learn how to crochet more than a chain 😂 I will never get through my odds and sods knitting wise. I do remember crochet granny squares with my mum so hopefully muscle memory may take over as it is an excellent idea to make lap quilts for a rest home. Sophie blanket is exquisite, oh my goodness to be able to crochet that good. What a lovely friend to finish for you and really lovely colours you chose.

So cool to see you show us Dedri's crochet blanket. My daughter's made 3 of those. I've known Dedri for 4 years when she came down to Australia for a Crafty Cruise to teach us one of her crochet shawls. We are a talented lot of ladies.

@@tobelovedtreasuresbycorrine I don’t mind at all! I’m in podunk middle Georgia, USA. PODUNK meaning the middle of nowhere in the country so any shopping at large stores is quite far away. Anyway I ordered mine from Amazon. I’m in my sixties and retired from Florida. We are growing our own vegetables and producing quite a bit of our own protein. I’ve learned so much from your channel as I’ve never had time for hand stitching before. Never too late to learn and just wanted to tell you that I appreciate you!
