April may be his ex wife, but she was also his best friend for YEARS. Like they did everything together and even lived together for like 5 years and then before that at Mercy West. They where super close and he’s not going to just never talk to his best friend again.
And they are always going to love each other and be in each other’s lives ...they have a child like...

This just proves that April is and always will be Jackson's person. No matter who's dating who, she is always someone he can count on to talk to about anything.
Doesn't make what he did right nor does it mean Maggie deserved that just because "April is and always will be Jackson's person." Jackson was so wrong in this situation. He wasn't just talking to April. He talked to another woman as well, Kate. I think this is the writer's way of showing how all this time Jackson is realizing he's still moving on from April now that he has faith in God (which was the main difference they had in their marriage. He shouldn't have ghosted Maggie and confiding these feeling to another woman and his ex wife. Emotional cheating is still cheating and actually feels worse than physical cheating.
I like dreaming about Jackson and April having deep talks when they see eachother because of Harriet. Talking about feelings and fixing everything and coming back as a couple. I don't watch the show anymore so I can still dreaming with them together😞
They are back together and happier than ever. Jackson moved to Boston, and April moved with him. Watch the later seasons, and they guest star in some Grey's episodes. ❤

She's his ex wife ok but also the mother of his daughter and she believes in God so it is logical that Jackson turns to her to talk about that, who else better than April?? , even more when Maggie doesn't open up to him and doesn't share what she feels, this doesn't make him want to open up to her as he said. So if she wants Jackson to talk to her, she has too.

Agree. Jackson didn't do anything wrong. If you are in a relationship, it doesn't mean that you can't talk with other people. However, Maggie is right when she said that those heart emojis and ''I miss you'' certainly indicate that this Kate harbours some feelings for Jackson (Even if Jackson doesn't reciprocate them).

I can't believe they played with fan's heart so much. First they gave us an iconic love story. Then breaks them up and above that marries her off with mathew. And after April left, they again play with our hearts in season 15 where jackson regrets his choices and then in 17 where he talks about pushing the wife away and admitting not getting her over ever.
But im glad and thankful that they gave them back to us. "Fingers crossed for new horizons" ✨

I have never been more angry, how can they replace April with Maggie? JUST HOW? April’s acting was BEYOND AMAZING her chemistry with Jackson, OUFF it makes me want to melt, their love is so pure, they have a child, they would’ve been endgame BUT NOOOOOO Maggie just had to come and ruin everything. I miss April, I’m literally going thru TH-cam for cute moments between Jackson and April BECAUSE THEY WERE SO CUTE TOGETHER ;( I’m so sad now I’m not even going to bother finishing the series. I got over all the other couples and deaths, but this, this hit me hard, I LOVE APRIL KEPNER, they need to bring her back and send Maggie back to wherever she came from. Maggie’s character was annoying and clingy. I literally fast forwarded every scene with her and Jackson. I have nothing towards a lisp but her lisp coupled with her clingy, needy behavior was too much.

Plus Jackson&Maggie have zero chemistry and their parents are married. The only thing the writers achieved with the couple that they created one of the worst couple in Grey history . Congratulations!

Even though Japril is my favorite couple in the series Maggie’s reaction is still relatable. When you’re getting close to someone in a relationship it’s natural to think there is a hard line dividing the future from the past. Divorced people and exes in coparenting situations sometimes will never be cut off from their past. At this point Maggie didn’t have much experience in relationships. It’s reasonable that she would think broken up means “over”. I felt her pain

I hate Maggie and Jackson together. I feel like the only time it was justifiable that Maggie was mad at Jackson was when he left without telling her. But all the other times she has been upset with him was just for dumb reasons. I have noticed when it comes to their relationship Maggie would be upset about something but then she refuses to talk to Jackson about it and will rather talk to other people about it besides Jackson and this whole scene is a prime example. She was so quick to think he was cheating on her instead of just talking to him about it. I get in shows that storyline happens a lot. Guys will get a text from a girl their girlfriend is upset, yells at them, and then storms off without asking for an explanation but just because this storyline happens a lot doesn’t mean it’s not irritating when Maggie does it.
Could we possibly be seeing kate soon? This kate maybe derek's sister. I mean she lost a brother.

Could be wrong but apparently Amelia's sister, Kate, is gonna apear on the show. Which could mean that this kate (that lost her brother) is Derek's sister which will add a little bit more of an incestuous feel to this show.

They technically are step siblings considering she IS Richards birth daughter and Jackson is Catherine’s son, and Richard and Catherine as we all know are married. So even though Richard didn’t raise Maggie, they have a connection now, so technically yes they are.

I loved this talk
The talk between Maggie and Jackson really shows how it's not just getting older or achieving things that makes us grow up. It's the stuff we go through that makes us mature. Jackson had been through a lot that Maggie hadn't, and when she talked about being ahead of everyone before their relationship, it made sense.
Look at Alex and Jo Karev-they fit together so well because they both messed up when they were growing up and had problems with their parents. Jo said it best before their wedding, mentioning that Alex's imperfections make her seem perfect in comparison. In these stories, we see that real, mature love comes from shared experiences and finding connection in our imperfections. It's not about having it all together; it's about making something beautiful out of our scars and flaws.
I hate this plot on Tv shows,like,they don't even talk,just assume that it's being cheated on it,and then break up without and explaining🙄
