What the hell is that supposed to do to Meredith? Was she supposed to feel more motivated to become happier and please Derick?

I had a small injury to the forehead (about a 2cm/1" cut from landing on my head on stone steps) and was soaked in blood from head to foot in minutes. Three stitches, 55 years later, scar still visible if you look closely enough, although it's starting to merge with my wrinkles--advantage (?) of passing years!
I started Grey's anatomy before I went to med school. So, imagine the disappointment when no neurosurgeon/patient/admin officer/dentist fell for me on day 1😂😂😂😂

Same goes for Amelia, who always felt to be the wrong Sheperd and then she proved many time she is the right Sheperd!
The young woman was actually pregnant and putting her children up for adoption. She came to Seattle to meet with the bartender owner and his husband. To decide if they’re the couple she wants to give her babies to. I think she began to pass out when they were saying goodbye.

Jasmine Collins It's so short sighted and it also down plays actual abuse. Sometimes he got angry and said things he shouldn't...so does every person on the planet. Overall, he was a loving and supportive husband, even when she sometimes manipulated him. I would never call Meredith abusive but what she did to him before he left for DC was emotional blackmail and it made him miserable. Sometimes the people we love are the ones who hurt us most. But their relationship was NOT toxic and I'm tired of people with no life experience being unable to figure out the gray areas in life.

Those chest compressions were pretty weak indeed. Kinda like when actors in the background pretend like they're eating, but you can clearly tell they aren't.
I think the reaction to Burke leaving Yang at the alter is how we all felt in that moment…. Maybe a lot more tears… and less annoyance at the fact that this is supposed to be a medical drama.

I just stumbled across your channel as I was sucked in to the TH-cam vortex and am pleasantly surprised (and entertained)! I watched Grey's for the first few seasons until it became even more ridiculous (house of candles in Seattle?) but I did appreciate your comment about Chief Resident being a big deal. Back in the day, my aunt met my uncle during her residency when he was her chief; they married after her residency because they were sane... and she after she was named the first female Chief Resident at Cornell-NY Pres. Decades later, I'm still very proud of her. She then went on to become of an attending cardiologist, then much later, a professor of medical ethics. In a sad parallel to this episode, she had an aortic aneurism in her 70's, and died surrounded by her family not long after she declined surgery. She'd certainly roll her eyes even more than you at this show, particularly at the "shenanigans" that I enjoyed watching. I enjoy your commentary, especially how you balance information (and I'm an info nerd) with humor. I look forward to watching more!
More like 30 years to late because my Dad has Always said to me "I only have two rules those are to be happy & healthy no matter what you are doing". As a troubled teen those words helped me .
5:45 I was a boy scout and we went camping a lot in the winter. Most people didn't bring gloves but they did have balaclavas so frost bite on the ears and nose was less of a risk. everybody also always had thick socks so toes were low risk too so whenever somebody started getting frostbite it was usually on the fingers so they were always told to go into a tent, take off their coat and put their hands in their armpits to warm them up. Also for people that don't know, your hands or feet or whatever other body part turning blue from frostbite is called cyanosis

its a LOVE OCTOGON legit i did a play last year and we had to rewrite certain scenes due to how many people we had in the show and one of the lines switched from this dog (stay with me here, it was a comedy for a reason) says "Love triangle, don't you mean love square?" gabby harris this doctor falls in love with her patient and he has and lvad wire which is keeping him alive until he gets a heart for a heart transplant but he’s not at the top of the list(but he’s still dying because he really needs a heart) so the doctor cuts his lvad wire causing him to start dying because that lvad wire was the only thing keeping him alive. So he shoots up to the top of the transplant list because he was dying. so then he got the heart. i hope that kinda made sense 😂

I just stumbled across your channel as I was sucked in to the TH-cam vortex and am pleasantly surprised (and entertained)! I watched Grey's for the first few seasons until it became even more ridiculous (house of candles in Seattle?) but I did appreciate your comment about Chief Resident being a big deal. Back in the day, my aunt met my uncle during her residency when he was her chief; they married after her residency because they were sane... and she after she was named the first female Chief Resident at Cornell-NY Pres. Decades later, I'm still very proud of her. She then went on to become of an attending cardiologist, then much later, a professor of medical ethics.
In a sad parallel to this episode, she had an aortic aneurism in her 70's, and died surrounded by her family not long after she declined surgery. She'd certainly roll her eyes even more than you at this show, particularly at the "shenanigans" that I enjoyed watching. I enjoy your commentary, especially how you balance information (and I'm an info nerd) with humor. I look forward to watching more!

Most people didn't bring gloves but they did have balaclavas so frost bite on the ears and nose was less of a risk. everybody also always had thick socks so toes were low risk too so whenever somebody started getting frostbite it was usually on the fingers so they were always told to go into a tent, take off their coat and put their hands in their armpits to warm them up.
Also for people that don't know, your hands or feet or whatever other body part turning blue from frostbite is called cyanosis

gabby harris this doctor falls in love with her patient and he has and lvad wire which is keeping him alive until he gets a heart for a heart transplant but he’s not at the top of the list(but he’s still dying because he really needs a heart) so the doctor cuts his lvad wire causing him to start dying because that lvad wire was the only thing keeping him alive. So he shoots up to the top of the transplant list because he was dying. so then he got the heart. i hope that kinda made sense 😂
