    Great video. Thank you. The S38/50/54 series of engines were works of art and are commanding big money now. I have acquired an S50B32 which I shall have installed into my E39 Touring.

    Beautiful engine. Probably one if my favorites. Always wanted to get my hands on one and max it out. If I can make 1000whp m52 back in 2007, I can only imagine what's possible with today's tech and fueling.

    Great work!!! What book do you have there when you start with the internals? I would also like to rebuild my engine and would also like to have some instructions about the engine...

      I use bentley manuals for all my bmws. They're great.

    Hey wo hast du die ganzen Dichtung gekauft für den Zylinderkopf also das komplette set weil finde leider nichts😢

      Hey, schau mal bei Schmiedmann.com rein, da gibt es einzeln Dichtungen und auch Dichtungssätze 🤙🤙

    why when i was younger, when thic car was new, someone told me that m3 engine can only factory rebuild? tat was past or stupidstatment? as i remember it was something like only factory can open and separate head and put it back...forgive me if im wrong

      Hello, at the moment you can give the engine to the BMW factory for rebuilding, but only if you have a lot of money. In my opinion, if you have the skills, replacement parts and special tools, I see no problemm to do the work yourself
