      More content coming soon including the new Southern California Gas and Oil Advertisement show in April!!! I think we have a great opportunity to make a wonderful show for all to enjoy without attitude or a high admission price like we have been dealing with for years. Do you agree?

    Hello everyone- I hope this video inspires some of you to get out and attend a swapmeet antique event. These events are far and few between because of the Internet trading with Facebook and eBay . Viewing items for sale in person, and meeting the people that are selling the items hearing the stories cannot be replaced by the Internet..

    That's a great video! Glad you got the video posted. I finish watching the rest of it after the comment a while ago. So that's an almond Farm. I used to love almonds probably still do but have not ate him and quite some time. Years ago my dad developer analogy and it couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. And I felt bad about leaving but my report time was coming up quick. Well as I was driving or got back and saw it on the news to something. There is something special about almonds making people dreadfully sick or even killing them because they developed an allergy later in life. Almonds where's my dad's favorite nut. Oh he like pistachios and other types of nuts too. But he loved those cheap little almond windmill cookies! Hey Batman cry thing from my mom dumped them out. So I'm not eating almonds since then that I know of. But I'm a little bit of a 🥜 nut myself. 🤣🤣

    • @gaspumprob
      @gaspumprob  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I also like almonds and my friend gives me plenty of them whenever I visit him. I only eat them in moderation and so far no allergies fortunately. I am glad you enjoyed the video. It beat me up last night because of a copyright infringement. I fixed it and like you said it’s probably a good thing not to compete with the Super Bowl event.

      @@gaspumprob years ago I had a customer give me all the pecans I wanted. I could have went out there and got a ton of them he wouldn't care.@time pecans weren't bringing anything I guess and he was getting old and quit the business. So then they pecans came food for wildlife they start over around him. Given that he's and rattlesnake country. I'm not saying they eat pecans. But they eat the rodents that do. Anyway my long time ago I could have went out and put up the nets and caught a whole bunch. I lost track of a few years ago he had moved couple of times in retirement. 35k in 45 k-man those cars are going up in 20 k for a four-door Chevy 1950 or so

    Hey it's like that old rock songs from the 70s sign sign everywhere a sign 🛑. Now at about 7 minutes and 50 seconds I like an old Oldsmobile service sign. What is it from early to mid fifties? Looks like there's quite the selection. Your friend there towards the beginning $5,900 for the car. Betting perspective back in the 90s you can get 3 to $500 out of them. At least in the central Midwest. Unless it had a rumble seat. Of course there are always certain exceptions. Imemories 1 salvage yard in case I drive by it has been gone for a long time. He said Son for 50 bucks you can have as much as out model A and Maltese tough as you can put on your trailer and your truck. I thought about it but you know the frames to me look like bunk bed frames. He had a few bodies and several hoods and fenders and what-have-you. He might have went down a little bit less money. He sort out a couple hundred bucks I just wasn't interested. Has picking up a pickup truck. I knew I'd regret it later. I told my dad about it and he said go back and get it. Working 60 hours a week I barely had time to go pick up the old Chevy truck. Well just think I could sit that in the barn and it would be just fine. There's a guy on an Air Force Base and little town outside of the base he had a rumble seat car setting there. Just for curiosity I called and he said you got 350 bucks it's yours. He'd already come down 850. Man have thought about this stuff in years. I didn't buy it either but I sure camped it. It had the engine it was his bone stock. Even had Sunday original upholstery. Lol there's a little list of model a Maltese stuff that got away.

      You have been offered many incredible deals!! I used to also buy gas pumps and signs at bargain prices compared to today. Inflation has affected prices all the way across the country. I know which sign you like! You have excellent tastes. A sign that you know what your doing haha . I think late 40s early 50s is the time frame on that sign.

      @@gaspumprob well I've got that 50 Oldsmobile. And I just like to classy look Oldsmobile always had classy look. I found it early 80s full-size 98 brougham regency four-door. It's in Canada maybe next door to the artic circle cuz it's so far up there. I don't know Rob I grew up messing with these old cars. You know the years I get away from it a little bit for a little while but I've always seen me rotate back. A while back I gave my cousin know Dodge truck I had. He hadn't been out to the farm and eons. First thing he said was man you got gold mine here. Here's the point. I said yeah how many people said it was fool's Gold 🪙 back when I going around collecting these vehicles picking him up buying them? Around 20 years ago I came to him all from a deal you'd help me get as many of these 500 cars as I want to get. And reason I didn't come to him first received older than me. He had number responsibilities including a regular job and he did not want to travel that far. He always liked the old trucks especially but but he was never bitten by the rest bug as hard as I was. Have you ever recently brought in a car from Canada? I just wonder what it took to get one titled in the US. Oh yes that used to was no big thing. Also with the age it's not only been inflation it's the lack of availability. What I didn't buy it and nobody else but he just loaded up on flatbed trucks with stake sides tractor trailers. And it went off to The pulverizer. Talking about the old junkyard field of model A The model T. I actually watch him load it up. Another one south of there been about 15 years ago I kept trying to get into that yard. 30 grapevine I heard that the old man that passed away and they won't crash out the cards I thought there's no way. I get down there there's a two-door hardtop Elvis Presley special 56 Cadillac pink. Now I'm not saying it was Elvis's butt that tells you what look like. It would drove up on the trailer but they couldn't find it so they shove the giant forks of the giant forklift right through the doors and the back part of the body across the cease impound top of the 57 nomad they just threw up there!!! I was so sick I just kept on driving because I knew by time we got to that 57 nomad it already gone through all the good stuff. Like I said I don't know how they could have done that because any fool would know that 57 nomad is worth a bundle. I guess this fool didn't 15 years ago.🤬💢😡😭😭😭. Anyway you figure turn on 150 of them are so. How many of them did I have in cell or passed on her didn't get there on time? A lot more than that.

      @@gaspumprob I was around maybe 18 years old and I do this corvair Spyder was at. Back before the internet quite a few of them laying around. Well this man who was extremely wealthy 🤑. I met him to his daughter. Oh I cannot afford her. But I thought I would get in on her good side by impressing her father. I gave her a ride home one day. Her father came out want to meet this guy in the old pickup truck. Whelmed old truck wasn't leaking any oil or anyting I was concerned about that. I don't know what his paycheck was each year but it was $2000000 maybe more back then. He sure was interested in maid brought me inside his wife prepared a meal. And he proceeded to show Miss piece of crap corvair Spyder. I think it was a convertible I don't remember don't know if they made convertible corvair spiders. I thought man I'm getting in good now. I did not know that the girl and her mom we're just beyond words about how much I hated this car. As I walked around as careful not to bump against the Lamborghini or a Ferrari. They were nice cars 2. So I thought I doing good right and then I said I believe I know where there's one at car parts. It's a two-door hardtop I think. Man his eyes lit up and you know what I should have been trying to get in good with him instead of the daughter!!! So I think he handed me $600 when we went out to pick it up. I think the car cost me $250. The rest was mine. there are days when I wish I had not ran across that deal because maybe the rust bug would not have bitten me so hard! But most days I'm pretty content about the old cars and trucks. Just another one of those stories. What happened to the girl I'm sure she married well within her class. It turned out they'd had no kids because one of them could and this girl was adopted as a baby. Didn't matter me but I did wonder at times if she had any poor cousins or sisters out there 🤣🤣🤣. Well I enjoyed your video. I'm learning a little bit about gas pumps and I like that tiger the Exxon tiger always did.
