Battlefield is one of those games you can't talk over with friends, compared to other games that Jack plays.

It's not op. It's a skill weapon like the Battlefield 4 Tow missile. Since the Tow was a onehit i think Fliegerfaust should one hit planes too. It only makes sense that a single soldier has more power then a mobile Anti air *vehicle*.

The Fliegerfaust has been THE best addition to the meta, it's so frustrating as a tank player to get one shotted by a 4000lb bomb by a 60-7 pilot all game, and with more assault players running AA, you are less likely to run into a wall of panzerfaust fire, bc there's FINALLY a good reason to not have it equipped by default. It just seems like the Fliegerfaust indirectly fixed a lot of the meta.
You are right, even gunfights are better beceuse the bomb spamming is pratically over. Now only GOOD PILOTS can make good score. No more 80-2 from noob pilotes farming infantaries
Aye. The good pilots still do alright and you have to tag team to take them down. The bomb and strafe runs are still happening but a lot less frequently now which is a good thing in my eyes. No more bomb spamming is great 🙂

I play medic 99% of the time. When I run out of ammo and pick up an mmg off the ground they feel like a BFG. I understand why kids lay in corners with them, I just don't understand how that's fun. And it's not an aberration, they are in every server by the dozen.

Ever since switching over to PC from my 1X a week ago, I feel like I’ve had to relearn all my favorite weapons all over again. The meta is totally different!
I love the Fliegerfaust! I have been rekt by planes for nearly a year now. Time to pay back ^^
At first the FF really got me mad because I am a pilot. But once you adapt and play around it, it's not annoying as they used to be. Even using the specialization that gives you 200 meters higher helps a lot those FF never hit.
About damn time - aerial vehicles have dominated with little reply since BC2 days. Payback is so sweet
..bro are you playing the same game? Rhe only thing that would dominate was attk/scout helios! This game just has planes which get kills...but not alot because it takes 5 mintues for a plane to spawn in and the fact that there are 20 AA's in the map..of course people like you would complain and get a stinger missile like onject in a WW2 game!. The FF wasnt even good in actual ww2 and the germans stopped using them

The sky is high, who flies 3 m above the ground ... wants to die!
The stationary AA can shoot as high as the flight ceiling. The damage may not be heavy like the FF, but it's incredibly consistent
It’s so satisfying to watch a shot down plane drop onto the ocean and make a splash or onto the ground causing an explosion

Its very good they added Fliegerfaust.
First there is now more interaction between infantry and airplanes, which we missed before.
Second it is very good against fighter planes, which were sometimes to good in games, so 1 plane could had totally air supriority, its has now more balance.
Third.. I think its not that good against tanks, so some assault class players have a little bit les firepower against armored vehicles, which is good for balance.
Fliegerfaust doesn't translate to "plane fisting/fister", but to "plane fist".

Every time I just get airborne I'm shot by that rocket spam thingy, its too overpowered and impossible to enjoy the game as a pilot compared to bf4, hardline and 1
Its not OP you just have to care when flying. Notice all of the planes are 100m or less in the air when he decks them.
