It seems to mean something similar to R-18. You know how certain all-age sites are coded to censor out swear words with other words? I think of it like that, like whatever Len said was so awful the song censored itself. It also seems to be used in a manner similar to "fail" and "lame" sometimes, like how "KY" is sort of synonymous to "WTF" in English-speaking places.
