I got mine and I love it. It is very accurate and reliable. The price point for such a fine rifle is great as well.

Bought this for my boy a few years ago. It's a great little 0.22 LR

I missed out on getting a Nylon 66 as a kid. Now I have 2 of these. One is the standard SR Wildcat in green polymer and the other is a Wildcat Sporter SR with a Turkish Walnut stock! Really a fun little rimfire. I had one failure to fire with cheap bulk ammo and when I examined the base of the shell it was clearly only caused by lack of primer compound. This thing gives those primers a proper spanking!

My wife just won one of these at a sportsmans club raffle and dinner. I'm checking lots of reviews.

I was excited by the reviews on this rifle & bought one.
& I am sorry to say,
Unfortunately I got a bad one.
It’s horribly inaccurate, the clip sticks & is hard to install & remove, the trigger is heavy & gritty & it cycles very unreliably no matter which ammo I use.
I find the gun, extremely frustrating.
My 702 plinkster is 100% reliable in function & delivers outstanding accuracy at 1/2 the price.
    Not what I expected.

Just a small correction; the SR (suppressor ready) model has a 16 1/2" barrel. The other models are 18 1/2 as you said.

I just finished filming a really cool new clay thrower from Caldwell today. I should have the video up next week. - DK.

I have been looking for an optic recommendation for this. I’m wondering if a vortex crossfire II 2-7x 32 mm would be too much and what recommended rings ? Or perhaps something a little simpler like a TRUGLO 4x32 compact ?? Opinions please

It all depends on anticipated distances you will be shooting. If you want fast on-target times at relatively short distances, a single power reflex is the way to go. If you want to shoot out to 100-200 yards, a magnified variable power optic may work better for you. A 3-9x40 is really the top end for the .22 LR because of the limited effective range of the round, unless you are wanting to do some sort of target shooting at distance that doesn't need more energy to drop an animal. I think if you are looking for a hunting optic, then the Crossfire would be a great fit. I also like the Leupold VX-Freedom scopes for these. - DK

Why can't I access your site from Ukraine? There are restrictions for Ukrainians, why?
