Not a big deal; for future reference those were poppets not voodoo dolls. Voodoo dolls are usually made from Spanish moss. Poppets have different colors are for different things example green for money. Thanks as always for the vid. Keeping us up to date. You’re a big help to past and future visitors to Salem it’s appreciated.
Agreed, @Aequitasvox, and “Witchcraft” / Wiccan religion and the “Voodoo” religion are two entirely separate entities, including who, and how they worship. Tho, IMO, each respects the other for the most part for their beliefs, and craft. But thanks for pointing out the difference. I actually own a beautiful ebony wood authentic “Voodoo” doll, tho more modern fashioned of corse. While I’m not a Practioner of the voodoo belief, I am fascinated by both beliefs and their histories. Great vdeo. I live out of state but I have a commercial rental property in Mattapoiset, Ma. I was last there in March just before the outbreak. I want this virus gone. I don't want to fly out there anytime soon because I don't want to get stuck. Stay safe.
Not necessarily closed but if are are not local or already have they really don’t want you visiting on Halloween. All parking closed at noon and reservations are needed for all tours and restaurants and museums. Everything closed at 8pm. My video explains everything. Just wait till next year to go.. You will NOT be getting the full Halloween experience.

Yes I did.. It’s in a video from last year.. I think I have a house with red lights as the thumb nail for the video.. It was definitely an interesting walk through.. But when I exited the temple I felt a little “strange”.. It’s hard to explain.. I’d go back again.. It was cool seeing all the different rooms with all the different wallpapers..

My girlfriend and I are coming into Mass from Texas this weekend and we knew the tours and museums would probably be either canceled or sold out, but had no idea about the travel guidelines. Yes we’re still coming just for the sights around Mass and to get away, but any recommendations of best places you don’t need a ticket to?

You watch the Trolly by the New England Aquarium or by Faneuil Hall area.. They have Trolly tours and walking tours.. As for Salem, try getting reservations for something off the Salem App.. Try wicked early in the morning the day of.. Have a Happy Halloween 🎃
@@DTours For Salem specifically, we’re doing a ghost tour in Boston and a few other things, but still going to try and get into Salem just to see it and experience some of the historical markers. We’ve already planned another time to come back when it’s not as busy and hopefully post-covid to really be able to do everything inside Salem as far as the tours and museums.
If you have a car, do a loop around Cape Ann on Route 127. Spend time looking around the shops in Rockport and Manchester by the Sea. There are fun places to go to in Gloucester. You can do a tour of places related to A Perfect Storm. Lighthouse tours....
I toured it last year.. It was interesting.. I love all the different type of wallpapers in all the different rooms.. This year is by appointment only.. I may try again for Halloween.. Thanks for watching..🎃

We usually celebrate my daughter's birthday Halloween night in Salem but we are just going on Thursday or Friday during the day and make the best of things or after Halloween to be on the safe side. She's super sad though. So if you see a little Harley Quinn walking around in a bad mood that's why.😔

If you have a car, do a loop around Cape Ann on Route 127. Spend time looking around the shops in Rockport and Manchester by the Sea. There are fun places to go to in Gloucester. You can do a tour of places related to A Perfect Storm. Lighthouse tours....

We usually celebrate my daughter's birthday Halloween night in Salem but we are just going on Thursday or Friday during the day and make the best of things or after Halloween to be on the safe side. She's super sad though. So if you see a little Harley Quinn walking around in a bad mood that's why.😔

I have a Masters in Public Health and did contact tracing for people with STDs and case management for people with AIDS and it makes perfect sense to me, now, tell me, based on your professional experience and peer reviewed studies published in reputable journals support your conclusion that it makes no sense.
