Hunter was found guilty, but huge questions remain! One is “Why was Hunter Biden even prosecuted? These charges are almost never brought in isolation from other crimes. Why were they brought in this case? Could the reason be POLITICAL? Was Hunter prosecuted purely or largely because he is the president’s son? As a means to “get at” the POTUS? If so, and I think an EXCELLENT argument can be made that this prosecution was both frivolous and politically motivated, and therefore, invalid, his convictions should be thrown out.
