@@CookseyMedia Mate... I don't know Mark, and he is a fellow Aussie I think, but a 24 hour endurance athlete does not look like that at age 50. I am 54, and I have been doing all sorts of sports my whole life. Hardcore sports included... and I would need to train 6 months, on a very good diet and supplements to do a 24 hour moto on a dirt bike, and not even trying to break a lap/distance record. I do ride 200-300km some days in the bush in Australia in one day! But stop often.. and chug a few energy drinks too!
But props to Mark for trying. And Mark, if you are reading, loose the weight, it will make it much easier for you to do this.

Absolutely everyone thinks about moving to Thailand after their first trip. I go every year in the winter time for a couple weeks. You should've sampled the poon though . Those girls have a way to make you feel special ( even though you're not) . Lol
