Kurt is so brilliant & has sort of a cynical but very very honest /real view of most things.... 4:25-5:00 mark he’s 10000% right & truthful... Having a major record label & tools to hit mainstream in a time where u really needed to, was part of the reason of their HUGE success. (Times like now having the tools they had is STIL very very Beneficial & sometimes needed but it’s a lil easier to get notice thru technology, social media. SoundCloud etc.) ...&& Of course another main reason for the main stream success is..well... the band was AMAZING! & Kurt was a lyrical genius. He was never FULL of himself tho so any time people kept saying he was this ROCK GOD & GENIUS it probably made him super uncomfortable

fun fact about Dave's opinion on autographs!!! back in 1996 when Foo Fighters came in Italy for the first time i was there and managed to get in the backstage (cuz it was an open air fastival, pretty easy to sneak in) and made Dave sign an autograph for me!!!
