In just one hour, with Patrick's excellent line of questioning and great level of articulation by Kobe, he told us alot about 1) How the world becomes a library when you know what you're looking for. 2) How to handle extreme levels of pressure on the big days. 3) How an insane work ethic beats God gifted talent. 4) How to be a good Parent and husband by setting the example ourselves. 5) How to choose people we should collaborate with. Kobe is more than an athlete. His mindset is his most valuable asset. Mamba mentality 💯 I will always come back to this interview, for it contains valuable life lessons.

A very intelligent gentleman. No wonder he earned our respect and admiration. To think that Kobe skipped college for NBA, but when he opens his mouth and starts talking his talking with a lot of sense and ingenuity. He is cocky, but little did everyone know that he had s lot of things he is proud of. He accomplished alot of things because of his great mental toughness, sheer determination and passion for what he does. The world will be missing you Kobe. Most of the men today should study more the mindset of the greatest athletes instead of listening to Tate
@@OfficialSantaClaus what’s wrong with Tate (just asking)
I've watched this interview from front to back like 4 times. I go out to run & just listen to this, he was so inspiring. Mind you I never actually watched any of his games. I'm a big soccer fan, but just to listen to this man is so addicting. Amazing human being. He's not dead, he's more alive than ever. One Love
He was smart too a rare combination family and game.
I love how he always mentioned Natalia. People always talked about the bond he has with Gigi, but kobe is also very close to his oldest. And I cant imagine the pain she's going through right now.
Yea I’ve noticed that too I feel like Natalia just doesn’t wanna be in the spotlight like she doesn’t care
What a great loss! Pinterest always bring me the greatest of her dad in pictures every single day. Even if his gone, he will never be forgotten soon.

I almost cried
Waaaaa!😭......man up
He might not be here, but I think he’ll still be responsible and influence something great over the next 20 years
Side note: Patrick handled this interview and the audience so well. He was able to handle the environment and everyone’s excitement. Control the crowd…. Fantastic
Pay attention, most of those people were his employees.
As great an athlete Kobe was, his mind was his strongest asset. Truly amazing man.
Rest well, Mamba
When kobe passed I thought about how much my dad and I bonded over watching him play. Lost my dad in 2015. I was 27. Feels like I lost another part of my dad when kobe died. It was surprising how sad I was loosing Kobe. Thank you Kobe for your game and for your spirit. It brought a lot of people together. Shaq might have been unstoppable but We always looked at it as Kobe's team.
Sorry to hear that about your father. Kobe did incredible things.

This men is surely brilliant, fearless, cocky but humble asf at the same time! An amazing brother!! He will be missed dearly!!❤
You learn how humble someone is when they are with you one on one , not internet, this Internet is a consistent commercial ad.
I don't think he's very humble
Kobe is one smart philosopher and will never get bored picking up his brains
I love the lakers and Kobe's my all time favorite. But what I love more is the mindset, that's why I love Kobe.
I’m not going to lie, I cried when I heard the terrible news. Other than a basketball legend, Kobe seemed like a humble, down to earth person that you can easily know or relate to. This is more than just another high-profile death. As a father, seeing his daughter pass with him makes it even more heartbreaking. My prayers and condolences to everyone involved in this unspeakable tragedy.
Based on this interview only, Kobe was not at all humble or down to earth, and that's not a bad thing in the slightest.
@@Executor009 he’s humble and down to earth. It’s just that when he sets his mind on getting something he has a killer instinct and he has a lot confidence that’s all

In just one hour, with Patrick's excellent line of questioning and great level of articulation by Kobe, he told us alot about
1) How the world becomes a library when you know what you're looking for.
2) How to handle extreme levels of pressure on the big days.
3) How an insane work ethic beats God gifted talent.
4) How to be a good Parent and husband by setting the example ourselves.
5) How to choose people we should collaborate with.

To think that Kobe skipped college for NBA, but when he opens his mouth and starts talking his talking with a lot of sense and ingenuity. Crazy, Kobe talking about the next 20 years
6 months later... he is gone
RIP
Not even 6 months. 5 months. So terribly sad.
He knew it was coming , he sold his soul , watch “ gematria effect sports” this world is a stage , he was into witch craft , and he sacrificed his daughter , and does that sound crazy ? Because it’s reality wake up people we are idolizing someone who had a “666 workout “ Kobe Bean Bryant =81, on his 666 game he scored 81 points , ginnia bryant =126, 1/26 the day of their death , Trae Young was her favorite player , Trae young = 126 , the day of the crash trae young scored 45 points , forty five spelled out equals 126, it’s in front of our faces
The black mamba himself! Not afraid of no one and kept going, RIP legend

I don't mean any disrespect, it was interesting I guess. Could you tell me something you specifically learner from this interview that you didn't know before? Everyone keeps implying that Kobe is some kind of genius . What did he figure out or discover that makes Kobe so smart in your eyes? Your all watching some brilliant prophet-type give you nonstop knowledge but all I'm seeing is a very driven hard working guy that combined those traits with his natural ability just right to be one of the best at a game. Or sport whatever if the word game bothers you .
Josh Fj you must be a young man or a kid if not your just plain clueless. If what Kobe (rip) did was so easy why can’t you do the same? Go ahead try getting somewhere in life with the low mentality you have. At such levels of success such as Kobe, we can all listen and learn from all he has accomplished and imply it to our lives.
@Josh Fj That's just it. I learned from his work ethic, his drive that we all can learn from and apply to our craft whatever it is business, work, life. That you have to be dedicated and work harder than every else if you want to be great. My CEO Patrick knows how to ask questions that are thought provoking and deep. Not just the standard boring interviews. Thanks Najeeb Alyafai for your comments.
