Best dirtbike manufacturer out there Rideability is incredible , working on them is easier and beta stands behind their products better than any other brand by far Just go get one!!!! You will not be disappointed I have 2 in my garage and a tm racing and a kx but I think the kx will be replaced with a beta 450 rx
The exhaust on the beta is actually a full factory HGS exhaust system, the branding has just been swapped out with beta's. The factory team ran fmf pipes during testing and even at A1, but after A1, they swapped back to their "stock" pipe
Seen this bike racing a few times, chassis seems good at Lommel, Watson was turning bettee & getting traction better than Gajser who was in front of him & eventually behind him.
ML512 is a great tester who is able to make lots of setup changes in a short amount of time. Can’t wait for a shootout but it’s racing that really matters.
It's pretty soft on the bottom and revs quickly once it gets going, so it gets into the limiter quick. Can't ride it a gear high as it doesn't have quite enough torque for that. - ML
Did you run a 95 sag see how you liked it I run mine at 96 I've only had an hour on it seems to be about it's sweet spot it's about 33% of the suspension travel with forks at about 6mm
As a Beta 300 owner- fit and finish quality is A+ very reliable bike, for the average C rider or B rider it’s prob very good but A rider will def have to stiffen it up and do power mods more than likely
The button itself is the only plastic part of the seat release mechanism. The lever, spring, latch, etc is all steel, so there's no way for it to break or wear out. I've put hundreds of hours on Betas over the last few years and the seat release has never been an issue.
Had the 300rr enduro the seat is literally a 2 x 4 block of wood it’s awful ergos for a short arse where weird skyscraper ride hight and awful steering lock, but it was great the trails style enduro I wasnt keen for the fast stuff
I think they market this bike for an average rider, not someone at the skill level of a former pro racer. That class of rider would have their suspension done, tires swapped, gearing changed, etc. I think this is a great weekend warrior bike. And it's a first year. Who knows what changes they will bring.
What you've just typed is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever read. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having to read it.
This has nothing to do with Beta, but needs to be said. For the good of Vital MX you guys might want to change out the English dude, Sean perhaps, on your squad. Sounds like he has ear plugs in his nose and he's half loaded or punch drunk kinda thing. But what do I know. Peace.
Love the look of these bikes
Unique look

NOTE: I had a 2018 Beta 300 that had a low end bearing failure in 2023.. Beta replaced the entire motors at no cost to me. Beta for life now
These are beautiful bikes. I love my 500 rr-s.
dude that seat release button is insane
I just bought a 125 2t race Ed ❤
This review was needed for people to see this bike is real and not junk.
Best dirtbike reviewer 👍
I currently have the 300 RX. Not bad. Excellent in the woods
Great review as always.
Mike looks good on this bike
That pipe is basically aftermarket, it's made by HGS
Probably why the factory team switched back to stock from FMF.. i noticed even the GP team bikes are stock pipes
yes it's a full HGS system with the beta branding on it
Seen this bike racing a few times, chassis seems good at Lommel, Watson was turning bettee & getting traction better than Gajser who was in front of him & eventually behind him.
Give them a few years and it will be a serious contender

Sounds like it's actually a 450 that a weekend warrior can ride. More mellow power, really stable and a little softer suspension.
Needs a forum listing. Comfortable power and suspension sounds good. Riding a 450 on the limiter, not so much.

Yeh, GH is always the add a tooth track. @@vitalmx
@@johndepperschmidt8984 More like it needs more torque in general.
Definitely looks cool
I imagine it will only improve with such good feed back from MXA and others. MXA is always on point.
Nice looking bike.
How do you think the stock suspension would do in single track Harescrambles? (woods) 200lb rider
Looking good Michael.......does your weight loss make riding feel different?
was this bike broken-in suspension wise?
Would it beat an rmz in a shootout an what technology has it got trackion control exc
Anything would beat a suzuki
Everything beats an RMZ... seriously.
Yes has traction control

i saw you pushed a button on the side panel? to take off the seat, do you think that would stress over time and break?
I have a 390 re with 145 hours and the seat button still working good
Yh they do not break

I love the seat removal system.
No mate it's solid as heck
What about Triumph
The setup was "normal"... Did you expect the clutch to be on the opposite side or something?😂
Had the 300rr enduro the seat is literally a 2 x 4 block of wood it’s awful ergos for a short arse where weird skyscraper ride hight and awful steering lock, but it was great the trails style enduro I wasnt keen for the fast stuff
Funny how most dont know much about Beta and think its a Kove lol
Probably the best-looking MX'er out right now. The KTM has to be the ugliest. And I'm a KTM guy. They look terrible. I'd buy a Beta in a heartbeat.
the final stage in the reveal of the can... the shorty used to be fully clothed and now it's all naked for the world to see 😪
Why not just sell bikes without plastics, for less.
WHAT?????? Why? There's not much cost and you need it to ride. Stange question.
Sounds like the bike sucks ass with how much negative was mentioned! Lol

@@americandirtrider7662 ik. He just said a bunch of negative in the review lol
@americandirtrider7662 my dad has a beta 500, they are sweet machines.
Get a Haircut.
lol....i was going to say grow it out like AP
Shortest my hair has been in a long time - ML
Best looking bike but I keep hearing that they're junk.
They've gotten better, but they're still not on the durability level of KTM or Yamaha.
NOT JUNK.....
@@robvange Knew a guy who had a brand new one grenade with 6 hours on it. And I keep reading/hearing people having reliability issues.
Those colors are awful. Also who the hell wants to ride a bike named Beta? Why not Alpha? Beta? Really? Lmao
You can say what you want about the bike but the color is beautiful.
just think, if you beat a lot of riders then beta wont matter.......
Beta means 'male son' in Italian and their colors go back many years.

The beta brand is like over 100 years old, cant really change that
