      Hi Lara. Thank you for your kind comment. For a raise without any build under or renovations you are best to contact a House Raiser directly. We recomend Shane of Steele House Raising - steelehouseraising.com/. Best of luck with the project.

      Hi Jiabin. Thanks for the kind comments. We're very proud of our Renovation Display Home that features in this video. I hope the video helped provide some clarity on the exact steps in the house raise process.

    No need for diagonal bracing? The lifting job is superb!

    What stops it sliding sideways?
    There's no cross bracing that i can see, or are the posts taking those forces too?

      Sometimes they do slide sideways... seen it happen. it's awful. :\

      When they removed those timber towers, that was my first thought.

      Most of their photos shows dangerous situations that would not be approuved by an engineer. Lateral stability appears to be an issue because of the bad ground conditions. The piers themselves looks wide enough.

    Great video. Curious if you could describe a steel beam which might be used for multiple lift projects.

      90% of house raising companies use 150 x 150 universal beam and at any lenght. my company uses a steel joiner pfcs welded together with 10mm or 12mm steel flatbar. for structural steel (not lifting beams) are called pfc's pre fabricated channels. depends on how the engineer is feeling and what project is going on we can use universal beams also.@@NarHandleBy

    I do not want to know how you raise the house if you’re a professional I’m not worried about that. I want to note an estimate how much these things cost?

  • @DonJulio4649
    @DonJulio4649 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Just curious, is it cheaper to demolish the building and just build a new home ? I understand you'll save a lot on building cost but the labor cost seems pretty high for this.
