Yea I really like this one! First time seeing it. Nearly perfect. I must admit though I don't have any experience with LSB translation. How is it?
I just got this exact Bible last week. It is beautiful and the perfect size, similar to a large print thinline. The goatskin is excellent and pliable. I would prefer lined paper in the back rather than dot matrix. I'm not an artist so I'm not sure what to do with it. I would like the new ICR as well but it looks as large as their wide margin.

Hi David, these look amazing and I’m considering switching to LSB due to some of translation decisions I.e 1 John 2:27 referencing Holy Spirit as whom (a person!).
Moving from an Allan 36gsm NASB95 I’m struggling to find a size comparison as I believe these are a fair bit smaller. Is there any chance you could do a size comparison between the two, even post up a photo or something so I can compare? Being in Australia I have no ability to see one in person to do a comparison myself.

Gotta say that 8.5"x5.5" is the absolute perfect Bible size, and yet very few Bible publishers make Bibles in this size! They are always either too big or too small for me!

Is the font on this bible the same style as the Allan NASB 95 reader? From videos, they look very similar.
I bought this without seeing any reviews. It came earlier this week and I can’t wait to use it for church. But….I still want the ICR goatskin indexed too. That is sold out and not available for preorder yet. Would love to see a review on that one.
Going to try to get that one up next week.
Did you have to break it in? I just got the black one and the binding is a bit tight. I'm sure it will break in nice. I love the design and the feel of this bible.

Man this looks very nice, still need to give the LSB a go. On that topic, I'm struggling to choose a translation to read cover-to-cover through next year, I've done it in the ESV already, so was thinking either the NASB(95/20), CSB, NKJV or NIV. What would you suggest please, sir?
Having done the ESV already, I think the NKJV would be a good next one.

No, it's a bit smaller
How does the paper compare to Cambridge, Allan, Schuyler Bibles?
More opaque that Schuyler. Allan is like a box of chocolates, I've got all kinds of paper in my Allans. The LSB paper is closer to the tint on the Thomas Nelson Premiers... But it feels better than the Premier.

I do. I love the handy size for preaching and note taking, but this one has not left my side since it came in.

How would you say it compares to a Cambridge Concord in size?
Not sure. I don’t have a Concord.
