I LOVE that platforms are getting so competitive with each other they're adding technologies like this Riverside script. I've used Riverside in the past and will revisit it because of this feature. I've been using Zoom... It's user friendly but the video quality is less than great. Terrific tips, as usual, Meredith!
I never realized that THAT is why I don't feel comfortable going OFF script. I have a podcast and I write it out word for word. But I write it casually like I talk - more like a journal entry. I do the same with TH-cam videos, and I'm hiding behind b-roll some of the time - but all still scripted. (funny/not funny realization... I had to give a speech as the Drill Team captain at an athletic awards banquet and TOTALLY froze. It was nearly 50 years ago! I remember it like it was yesterday! And I think that must be why I won't let it go!🤦♀) I'm in your membership group - I need to connect in there and tap into the resources! Just thought I'd mention that epiphany I was having as I watched this!!!! lol

It’s Mackie EM-99b and to me it sounds exactly the same my old mic, which is fine. I might try something else though!
