When Nicole was 18 years old, she established a Not-for-Profit and grew it to sustainability, while completing two national speaking tours. At 20 years old, she was a finalist for the Young Australian of the Year and at 21 was listed as one of Australia’s top 100 most influential women, shortly after taking out the Pride of Australia Medal. Nic`ole is a fierce ambassador for mental health, innovation and connection after recovering from her own terrifying lived experience with anorexia nervosa through her teenage years. Why aren't we all doing this?! Optimism isn't a naive perspective, it's a chosen way of life. Love is a choice. I genuinely did not understand the difference between living from love and living from fear, and why some of us experience life so differently. You're only ever choosing love or fear! So great!

Self-preservation is the number one priority for all living beings. We are biologically programmed to think of ourselves first.
Now that doesn't mean we cannot be kind, loving, make sacrifices or be alturistic but we are naturally hardwired to be selfish. In fact you cannot truly love or accept others if you don't first love and accept yourself.
