Well I mean this video was uploaded over 7 and half years ago, but still in 1 minute crash the pc? I've done that few times before and all time it has taken several minutes still.
It displays the System32 command bar, over and over, and just eventually you have to shut off your computer. It goes away after.

I was hacked one year ago with something similar too this, my cmd just kept popping up and never went away no matter what but my computer never shut down.
I tested it on a Hyper-V Virtual Machine and it only slows down my system by spamming so much. I realised this can be stopped by right click command prompt and click close all windows.
It says that it cant find the batch file even though when i press the arrow down it shows up. Cant even find it when i search for it either.
how this works is:
"a" is the name of a function. the code block in the function does what happens below.
the end of the function however is "goto a", which is how to call a function.
and what "a" does is, of course, open command prompt.
: = function naming
A = Function name
start = Opens command prompt
goto = tells the code device to go into a function.

@@snowden9882 u can always restart your computer in safemode and disable this if its in your startup and restart it and all will go well

Shutdown the computer,it will give a launch error but do not care about the error.
copy paste it so much times and replace it with the desktop icons. where icon you click the crash happens

the thing that matter is the saving extension the notepad is just letters the extension is what do the work
its like script writers but script writers like visual studio code is more specifically on coding and gives your easier control.

This somehow didn't work, it just opened a bunch of windows start up, and even trying again with 10x more, it took 10 minutes, and still didn't crash

It will work completely fine after the computer has crashed, unless you copied it into the startup menu. -- That I DON'T recommend doing!
Tornadocraver Yeah cause then they'll never be able to reboot successfully unless they can take the file out of startup or end the process as soon as it executes (which isn't actually possible)

2. type in the pop-up box: taskkill /f /im wscript.exe
3. Close all command prompts
