A rough translation, because bedouin dialect varies from one area to another.
I've put xxx where I dont even get what they're saying :D
The lady:
"Reem Al falaya zeenet kel El mazayeen"
Reem (don't know what Al falaya means) the most beautiful of all
"ya menwet El eshag heenan ba'ad heen"
Oh, you, the desired by lovers, time after time.
"ya leet ana we eyak ma gherana ethneen"
Oh, I wish there was no one other that the both of us
"nog'od ala El naghmat sot Al robabat"
Sit listening to the melodies of the Rababa (bedouin instrument similar to a bowed lute)
"Reem Al falaya zeenet kel El mazayeen"
Reem (don't know what Al falaya means) the most beautiful of all
"ya menwet El eshag heenan ba'ad heen"
Oh, you, the desired by lovers, time after time.

The guy:
"eza etarait emshy ala xxx ma telha'eeni"

"Khaleena nesre' el lail shway shway"

"ma fe ghayro be'edi, ateeni sawtik yeghafeeni"

The Lady:
"Reem el fala, ahlan hala, ahlan hala, we meyet hala, yaboo el oyoon mkahala, xxxxxx"
Oh Ream, welcome, a hundred welcomes, who's eyes with kuhl. (kuhl is an old form of mascara, still used today)
The guy:
" eza etarait ekzob 3alaiki shway ma telha'eni"
if I had to lie to you, dont stop me
"khaleeni eesh el helm shway shway"
let me live the dream for a while
"ma fe ghayro be'edi, ateeni sawtik yeghafeeni"

The lady:
"tal el helw, ma ajmalou, xxxxx, ma akmalo, yemshi betob el makhmala"
oh the beautiful one has look, how beautiful, xxx, how perfect, walks wearing a velvety garment/dress.
"sodfa sadaf, ma ahla el sodaf, sab el hadaf, galbi radaf, hayhati law yet hamalah, xxxxxx"
a coincidence, how beautiful are coincidences, it hit the target, my heart followed (or rode behind)
