Tamil Nadu reigns supreme, leaving all others in the dust! Kerala, on the other hand, is nothing but a sinking ship, struggling to afford even basic necessities for its people. Good evening Sir,
I am Agrima Singh from class 11. As a future citizen of this nation I owe to you, what can never be repaid. I am suffering from Cerebral Palsy, a neurological condition which restricts the movement of certain parts, in my condition my lower limbs got affected owing to which, I cannot walk without aid. Your inclusive and holistic journalism is commendable. The true "Sabka saath, Sabka vikaas ," Sabka vishwaas hasn't come yet but will happen gradually. If you could throw some light on how less equipped we are to support differently abled people, your place in my prayers and heart will get fortified. I believe people are just born with physical impairments, it is the society that makes us "disabled" with its infrastructural, institutional and intellectual barriers. Accessibility for us is equal to freedom and freedom is the birthright of every citizen.

Dravidian Model has failed not even sustainable. Most states have TFR below 1.6. Plus 12-15% of young people as they graduate migrate to Foreign further lowering reproductive population.
Tamil Nadu - it's per capita income is $3000 but median age is 35 years by 2032 median age age will be 39 years - ie most people would be out of reproductive age by.
China's per capita income is $16000 & it's median age is 38 years
Southern States won't even reach $8000 classic case of growing old before getting rich
The freebies they are doling out will run out once workforce retires . 20% people as elderly citizen will mean slow death of economy and Dravidian culture.

Telangana , Maharashtra & Gujarat are industrializing rapidly.
Case of Gujarat is unique- GIFT is going to become 2nd most important Financial center of the country.

Glad that you explained the social, economic and political evolution of the two southern states. Often South states aren't often discussed in the national front. Very often misinformation spreads across the nation about us. People know these two states are advanced in many areas, but the efforts and policies laid down over the years to reach these advances aren't quite researched or debated in national circles.
Being a Malayalee and having worked in Tamil Nadu, I could confidently say that these two states have been at work since independence to ensure social progess ( thanks chiefly to Dravidian philosophy and Communism). Not to mask the inefficiencies at play in these two states - like any other, but they achieved quite some progress in the socio-economic front.
As a federal system, India must adopt the success stories of all states and work on our failures - be it South, West, North or East. Thanks to our political masters and inefficient beauraucracy, Nation is pulled down by casteism and religious enemities ,rather than leverage demographic dividend.

South Indian population is friendly with each others. This is why it works. You can't implement the model as a government all over India and expect the same results due to diversity.
In WB people aren't hardworking. They want everything for free and not work for it. This mentality came from CPIM that "everyone deserves the best". With this mentality people want everything best without working for it. So the model isn't sustainable in this part of India.
In WB, TMC couldn't provide enough Industry so there's literally no job for rural people and only source of income is "joining TMC party office" and become anti-social. This is also affecting the future generations as no businesses want to come here because the youth don't want to handwork and just want to drink cheap wine, entertainment and ride bikes behind TMC leaders.
