Hi Nikhil, I wanted to express my gratitude for your fantastic podcast; it was truly enjoyable. I also have a request or suggestion to make. Could you consider hosting a discussion on the SAAS (Software as a Service) business and market in one of your future episodes? I've noticed that SAAS businesses often receive less attention in comparison to consumer-based ventures, particularly in conversations with venture capitalists. It would be immensely valuable to have an expert share insights on the SAAS business landscape in India, including market size, trends, and other pertinent topics.
People stil don’t trust online brands so easily but when they see stuff physically they trust and try to buy from online….most of the time just to get it cheaper online than offline store….that’s y online business grow more after sometime of entering offline….
Marketplaces like Amazon and Zomato add alot of value that ONDC doesnt right now ... Discipline, quality, trust (on time dispatch, fakes, reviews, returns, fill rate, etc) That's the value add one of the folks mentioned
It was hard to follow but then nikhil tried to summarize it as much as possible. That was good. Slow explainable would have been more useful. I wish I could hear them more and everybody who are speaking could finish their line.
Excellent Insights ❤...Well anchored Nikhil....Keep it going for budding entrepreneurs.... Huge Opportunities in Commerce around Rural, Hyper-local needs, Cross-border commerce , Farm to Fork, Agri-exports, Brand Bharat ..... Hope to Co-create, Incubate/Accelerator some of it in coming times....
@NikhilKamathClips Big fan of your podcasts. I have a request, can you throw some light on Life Insurance/Insurance as an Industry and how the new age brands like Acko, Go Digit etc have been able to create an impact and how much of a disruption have they created in an Industry dominated by legacy players who have been in the market for more than 20 years.
Are Traditional IT services in danger due to range of infrastructure and products being developed by Google and Microsoft in their race with AI. Could they bypass these IT services players like IBM, Infosys, and Wipro? @NithinKamath, please bring in some experts to discuss this in your upcoming episodes, if possible. Thank you 😊

Please could someone explain/expand on what Rajan meant when saying - the way lenskart approached the business is very unconventional? Thank you
