@HBegaming YT Papyrus was also pretty egotistical, but he wasn't condescending like Berdly is. But yeah, I agree with you there. Even though Berdly is condescending (and even that eases up near the end of the game), he never actually does anything BAD. He's clearly a good person; he was just addicted to the attention and praise he got for being "smart" after spending his childhood being largely ignored by everyone.
I've seen some pretty demonizing comments about Berdly before, and it's always confused me. It's fine to not like the character, or to think he's annoying (which I think the game was obviously trying to portray him as at first) but making comments like people wishing he would die or that he's an irredeemable scumbag are just... odd. It's not fun being talked down to- I understand that, but it never really felt like he was doing it with the intention to bully you or anything.
Annoying as hell but a theme that's a freaking bop

I just love everything in this. I don't give likes very often (I prefer commenting) but this deserves it ! The voices, the art, the lyrics, everything is just so... Berdly. And that's what we expected ^^ I have a game project with a fight gameplay based on the music and I have a character who his "slightly" (a lot) inspired by Deltarune. If I consider adding lyrics in the games' song and that this project becomes reality, Adamations is the person I would ask for y character's voice with no doubt.

He got HANDS. Man was able to hold off Kris Ralsei and *Susie* in a 1v3. Granted they weren't trying to hurt him but that's still pretty wild.

Even if you fight him with the best gear (devils knife, spook sword, fiber scarf, etc ) he still puts up a decent fight.
He’s not only tougher but maybe even higher damage than Susie when we fight her, and that says a lot lol. He can also hold his own a decently long time against 2 megalomaniacs, so there’s that too.

I like that over the course of the song berdly gets more and more cocky and by the end of it he’s calling himself god
I'm a little late to seeing this, but I was waiting for it ever since your comment on my version! The lyric-writing here is really good, and speaks great in regards to Berdly's egotistical nature. Plus, the art is really well put-together too, very dynamic! Great stuff overall!

My only issue with this adaptation is how Zephyr is pronounced. I'm sure you know, but the correct way is "Zeph-ur" and not "Zeph-ire". Otherwise, amazing cover!

I considered it for a bit, but eventually decided against it, as Berdly's Snowgrave theme is just an endless drum beat with no real melody or notes to work with. Sorry.
