Nearly 6 years ago (when I was 13 and just starting to play guitar), I found a big Undertale medley by this guy named NoteBlock. I thought it was the coolest thing. Last time I read the name Gaster (as in the character), was in a meme a friend showed: “Beware the man who threw these hands.” As for relevance here, not much. Maybe you could draw parallels between sudden realizations involving Gaster?
I just realized the allegories of the city and cyber field cyber field is the floor of the computer room, where all the chargers and wires for the computers would usually be the city is the actual internet/ computers as, just like the traffic in a busy city, the internet can be slow or fast with its own traffic, even going as far as slowing down to a grinding halt
I also saw someone bringing up how Queen is a personification of the internet. Both whimsical and funny, kind of random, and tyrannical and controlling in its strange well-intentioned way, wishing to manipulate you into what she thinks is best for you but also extract value from you. "I Just Want To Make Everyone Smile And If I Become An Evil Villain To Accomplish That Is That Bad?"
Not only that, but commenting gives engagement on youtube, whick makes it eazier to get more people to watch it, which drives extra people into it infinitly. Absolutely genius

I like how it's been out for a week and its already been picked apart, put back together, and remixed. This just proves that Toby can not merely ride the success of Undertale but keep it going for years to come. May the next chapter only take 2 years!
@@theinternetpolice2078 let's assume by fixing most of the engine kinks and such that he's cut down production time by a third (an unlikely possibility) that would mean that each chapter will take one third of the time that it took just to make chapter 2. since all 3 chapters are coming out at once, we have to wait 3 times the production time of one chapter. which brings us back up to the production time of chapter 2, if not longer, which is much more likely.
@@sansprobus7209 Toby actually said that he has the whole story already in place and an actual team now and all that's left is to actually make the game to tell said story. He also said that he feels it'll probably only take 2-2 and a half more years to get those three chapters out iirc

Adding MEGALOVANIA and Gaster's Theme to BIG SHOT. In addition to being total fan service. Actually makes a lot of sense in context of the character and the SnowGrave route. That being said. I loved every second of this! It astounds me how people can Make such quality content so soon after the game's release!

Oh *please* make the Cyber's World and Welcome to the City segments into their own full remixes. They're amazing! The whole thing, really. But those two and Rude Buster stand out most to me. Incredible as always.
This entire medley is what [[Hyperlink Blocked]] has truly been the whole time, it's so well-made that it had to be hidden because no one can handle its quality You and Tony both did a phenomenal job with this medley, the entire thing was really enjoyable! My favorites are WELCOME TO THE CITY, Attack of the Killer Queen, BIG SHOT, and Until Next Time Welcome to the City captured the jolly nature of the original song really well Attack of the Killer Queen was already one of my favorite Chapter 2 songs, and hearing this medley's rendition of it was awesome, it sounded insanely good BIG SHOT had some really great sampling, and also sounded incredibly amazing on its own, I like how [[Hyperlink Blocked]] was included in the voice samples -it also had Sans which means it's really funny- Until Next Time's usage of Undertale motifs was very pleasant; Don't Forget is already a motif that I really enjoy, so this rendition of the song was very nice
I love that even in the context of the game itself, both of them motifs Noteblock added to BIG SHOT (MEGALOVANIA and Gaster's Theme), make sense. MEGALOVANIA because of the SnowGrave route, where Spamton, not necessarily out of any sense of Justice, Is the last thing that stands between the megalomaniacal player and the fountain. And Gaster (as well as mus_smile) because Spamton apparently made JUUUST the right phone call in 1997...
You should team up with Nick Nitro, Sharax, GameChops, it'sMeBlueberry, and everyone else that does Undertale/Deltarune music for when all chapters are out for one big final concert type Melody
I was going to be very disappointed if there was no “WAOW” sample in Spamton’s theme considering the fact you remixed the entirety of Megalovania with that sample at one point (or should I say, World Bowser?) 6:42 my beloved
ONCE AGAIN I MUST ASK YOU TO PLEASE MAKE AN EXTENDED VERSION OF SMART RACE, BECAUSE YOUR REMIX IS PERFECTION. Seriously, Smart Race is one of the best songs in Chapter 2, I've yet to see any super-fantastic remixes aside from yours and one other.
I absolutely love Smart race and Berdly's theme, easily some of my favorites that I feel like get overlooked by Spamton (I do love me some Spamton tho)

This mashup make me notice how much happened since the release of chapter 1 I'm still proud to say that i shared my voice with many many other fans to make a choral of "don't forget" in the end of the first medley, with just the fact that it and the lancer remix are probably 2 of Noteblock's remixes i've listen to the most

That's a very nice musical arrangement to listen! Specially love the queen and both spamton songs. Also, using the Queen as a prompt sign for the song name currently playing it's just nice attention to detail.
Good lord this is fantastic! Each of the songs in this medley captures the spirit of the original extremly well. This is such a great tribute to the game. Deltarune Chapter 2 is one hell of an amazing experience (both music and gameplay wise) and both of you did it justice. I love the work of Toby Fox and I love what you did with it. Amazing job!
When I wrote my first D&D campaign over 2 years ago I listened to this on repeat. I probably listened to it close to 100 times over the course of a few weeks, but the end result was the outline for a campaign that lasted 22 months in total. My players literally told me to take a break and be a player again for once after it all finished, so I did, but then funnily enough, just 3 days after I start a new campaign this shows up in my feed. I think this medley (and the deltarune chapter 2 soundtrack as a whole) is now permanently associated with D&D in my brain

I love the name of this. "Electric Boogaloo", in reference to the computer theming, and "boogaloo" being a music genre related term, as well as the entire thing being a reference to a sequel.

Amazing as always. Big the two Spamton songs, I don't know.... Having less emphasis on the voice just... It does *something* to the song, I'm just not sure exactly what. I prefer it with the voices more emphasised. But apart from that, stellar work! 🖤

Seriously, Smart Race is one of the best songs in Chapter 2, I've yet to see any super-fantastic remixes aside from yours and one other.
I absolutely love Smart race and Berdly's theme, easily some of my favorites that I feel like get overlooked by Spamton (I do love me some Spamton tho)

quite the potassium medley i'd say its as good as kris getting the banana ( jk its way better you can easily become a [[ BIG SHOT ]] ) and i still stand by the fact that susie and noelle in the feris wheel is one of the best things known to mankind

I want to add, because I'm not sure I noticed it earlier, that the inclusion of Megalovania and Dark Darker Yet Darker motifs in a song already chock-full of other motifs and having it work was nuts.

Good lord this is fantastic! Each of the songs in this medley captures the spirit of the original extremly well. This is such a great tribute to the game. Deltarune Chapter 2 is one hell of an amazing experience (both music and gameplay wise) and both of you did it justice. I love the work of Toby Fox and I love what you did with it. Amazing job!

When I wrote my first D&D campaign over 2 years ago I listened to this on repeat. I probably listened to it close to 100 times over the course of a few weeks, but the end result was the outline for a campaign that lasted 22 months in total. My players literally told me to take a break and be a player again for once after it all finished, so I did, but then funnily enough, just 3 days after I start a new campaign this shows up in my feed. I think this medley (and the deltarune chapter 2 soundtrack as a whole) is now permanently associated with D&D in my brain
This was genuinely incredible. Like this was actually so good. You did this chapter so much justice and made this medley that is just an absolute pleasure.
That transition from My Castle Town into Rude Buster was incredible, and is probably my favorite out of the transitions presented here. ^_^

I come back to all your Undertale/Deltarune medleys a couple of times a year, and even though they are all amazing, this one just slaps so hard! Every song is a "YES, I LOVE THIS PART! :D " moment
I love the name of this. "Electric Boogaloo", in reference to the computer theming, and "boogaloo" being a music genre related term, as well as the entire thing being a reference to a sequel.
