Thank you very much for watching and for your kind words .. The liquid setup is actually pretty easy one .. just a container with initial fill ... The foam setup was not too complex as well and it can be tweaked further in tyFlow .. Gonna make another more advanced tutorial and shiow case those setting in more details .. Stay tuned!
Hi .. You are very welcome! Thank you too for watching .. Much appreciated. Regarding to your question: If you are using tyFLOW PRO you can export the foam simulation as tyCACHE. This can be very helpful since it does not have to calculate the simulation all the time over and over again which really can cause an issue. But installing an older version of VANTAGE can also be helpful since the latest updates are causing different issues. Since I never faced that issue, I can not tell you exactly what causes that problem on your side, but installing an older version would be my first step if I would have to deal with it. Give it a run if you can't use the tyCACHE feature .. Cheers
Thanks for this tutorial , And how did make animated wetmap with chaos vantage (for example a wet map from waves ocean simulation). Do you know anything idea about this?
You are very welcome. Thank you too for watching. Regarding to the WET-Map "issue" .. Since VANTAGE does not support VRayBlandMaterials yet, that is pretty tricky to make the WET-Map work just by using PHOENIX. tyFLOW also supports WET-MAP generated by PHOENIX. Never tried that one, but I will as soon as there is some spare time todo so .. Cheers
Hi .. Thanks for watching and for you comment. Much appreciated. Yes, this is right. You'd have to simulate the foam particles in PHOENIX first. The point of using tyFLOW to convert them, is that you can render the FOAM in VANTAGE, which is not possible when using the usual PARTICLE SHADERS from Phoenix, since those are not supported in VATAGE yet and you'll never see the foam. Hopefuly these information are helpful to you .. Cheers
@@АлексейКононов-р7я Sure thing .. VANTAGE is just a Real-Time Rendering Software. It is available for VRay only and it is very fast and really useful and can handle lots of polygons with ease. The user can create a scene in 3Ds Max and render it right in Real-Time in VANTAGE using the so called "Live-Link" feature. It is similar to working in Unreal Engine where you also can see everything rendered in rea-time. There is no VANTAGE for CORONA yet but it can be that it will happen somewhen in the future. Would be very helpful to CORONA Users as well .. So, fingers crossed!
Hi .. Don't really understand what you mean. You can create your animation in 3Ds Max the way you want it and send the scene over to VANTAGE using the LIVE-LINK. In that way you do control the animation in 3Ds Max ans Live-Preview it in Real-Time using VANTAGE. hopefully these information are helpful to you .. Cheers

I'm simulating a beach with waves. I was able to convert Foam to render with Vantage but couldn't create wet sand (because Vantage doesn't support Vrayblender). Can you show me how to make wet sand?
@@neoviva If you are using tyFlow for the apple, make sure that you have added the MESH operator into your event. Otherwise you'll never see something in render mode. It didn't work for me! The particles are not generated by Tyflow, I believe the problem could be in Birth fluid, because I tested other Births and particles were generated. Do you know anything about this?
Hi and many thanks for watching. Are there no particles at all? Or don't you see them in Vantage? You should run the Liquid and the Foam simulation of Phoenix first before tyFLOW can generate anything. If you have done that, re-check the settings in your BIRTH FLUID operator of your tyFLOW setup and make sure that the FOAM CHANNEL is selected in the GRID PARTICLES rollout. If you see the particles in your viewport but they are not appearing in VANTAGE, make sure that you have the MESH operator added to your tyFLOW setup. You also can watch the tutorial again and see if you've been skipping something. There is nothing else to do that those steps shown in this tutorial. Keep it up .. Cheers
Hi .. Its a pretty simple animation done with tyflow. Just generate one single particle and emitt it from a tyObject (tyIcon), use a SHAPE operator and assign your APPLE (or whatever Object you have) to it. Create an obect in your scene (does not matter what, sphere, cube etc.) and use it as a TARGET OBJECT in your tyFlow settings. Play around with the SLOW operator and tweak the results until you are happy ... It really isn't a too complex setup even it sounds like it is .. Hopefully these information are helpful to you .. Great tutorial. Thank you. The only thing to make it better is to add the final render to the beginning or end of the video to show the results.
