@@bluechipbreakdown Maybe you will, history repeats itself. My first semester at UT in '64 had Tommy Nobis at MLB his senior yr. He stopped Joe Namath from a QB sneak and preserved a Texas win over #1 Bama in the Orange Bowl. Later his Falcon Coach told visiting media reporters on locker room visit as they got to Nobis' locker, " Here is where my defense dresses out". Longhorns have him for a while. We are grateful.

Simmons looks like a younger and smaller version of Ed "Too Tall" Jones when Jones first joined the Dallas Coboys. Incredably fast and strong and he ran down the QB or RB from behind if they tried to run around the other end. How much will he grow?
He has a lot of room to add some muscle and maintain his speed. He's a special player for sure!

The best high school pass rushers I have seen are Clowney, Devon Kennard, and Carlos Dunlap. Simmons is close to them. What he does have that is elite is his hip mobility to instantly change direction. There are a good amount of kids that are strong, and quick off the ball, but not many can alter their body the way Simmons can. I think he would be ranked higher if he was just bigger, but like you said, he will put on future NFL weight when he goes to college.
He's going to be a problem on the next level for sure!
