But, I have seen recent job posts from them. Apple and Hipster Whale appear to have a good relationship, as Crossy Road Castle is one of the best games on the subscription service. Also, the quality of the game seems to be improving. The “Farm” update was really good. A lot of the recent limited time characters are really well designed too.
What if they make a minigames section in the crossy road start screen, which we just played the first game called hide and seek with the chicken trio. Imagine they do capture the flag, which requires a level of multi-player.

I was busy trying to figure out what Hipster Whale is going to do next. With the Farm weeks complete, were there any clues of what's going to happen next. I didn't find anything, but I saw the message about the Barn chickens. It felt like one of those conspiracy maps, which reminded me of the “Framed” character. 😄
I'm glad you're enjoying Photics.TV videos. I don't think we need a chicken area though, as there's a chicken in most areas. “Space” is a great example. Not only is there the “UFO Chicken”, which is a great character, there's the “Space Chicken” too.
I'm surprised that Hipster Whale didn't post the message to their “Community” tab in their TH-cam channel. If I wasn't sleuthing around the web, I would have missed the warning.

i have em already, i just wanted to say that to me both the centaur farmer and the scarecrow to a looot until i got em, damn crows were just not spawning :))) what is your opinion about this game? i can say that since i didnt but the adblocker thingie (seemed a bit excesive priced to me) is pretty annoying that you get the same character as duplicates... also i didnt like being showed "you can buy this if you dont want ads" every single time i do watch an ad. maybe thats just me but these 2 things could be changed a bit, for ex they could show me to buy the no ad pack every 10th ad or so, or be able to click on "dont show again"
I think Crossy Road is a good game, but that's because I mainly play it on Apple TV. While I'm not sure, I suspect that Hipster Whale is working on… _something._ They have a big team, bigger than what is necessary to add some new characters to Crossy Road. Additionally, Hipster Whale has been strengthening their social media presence. Why would they do that unless they were getting ready to promote something? 🤔 So, just from looking in from the outside, it looks like they are trying to squeeze some more money out of Crossy Road while they build something new. Maybe that's hopeful thinking, but it seems consistent with facts - such as the sudden change with Piffle.
@@LudwiQ6 I think if I saw Crossy Road for the first time on mobile today, I probably wouldn't be playing it. They did get a little too pushy, like with the Crossy Road Castle promos. I already played that game… a lot! It's not worth a subscription fee to continue, so why bother me about a game I'm not going to play? I could see if they were going to release Crossy Road Castle on the Nintendo Switch, then that's something to promote… but Crossy Road Castle has been on Apple Arcade for over three years already.
I usually play for like 5 minutes, get a good score in the Pecking Order, complete a quest, get the daily gift, and see if there's anything new. Some people like to drink coffee and read the paper. I like Crossy Road. 😄
