Couldn't have been explained better ....Your tutorials Mohit are so very helpful in our roles as BB's...Hope to see some more videos/case studies around process improvement projects in a service industry..☺️
I have gained more knowledge sir.. thank you so much for sharing all your ideas. Please keep posting more videos. My kind request I would like to have a complete video for college students so that the concept of 6 sigma could be related to reality . Thank you
Hi Sir, zbench 0.50 sigma will be the baseline? 16mins is the target. How do we say that its now running at 18mins and we have brought it below 16mins.
If I have 6 months performance data for SLA baselining, do I simply do it the way shown in the video or is there any tool (control chart) to help baseline the SLA
For sure Mohit. Your videos are a blessing to my practical exposure. Really grateful to you. I shall keep requesting more expertise sharing from you. Many Thanks n Regards
Saloni, This is debatable. Convincing stakeholders about the second lowest normal would be difficult. You should leverage the Confidence Interval as well to decide the best SLA target

So calculating p and z value is for baselining project data ??
But for quality sla we should with second lowest normal ? Is it right ??
Saloni, This is debatable. Convincing stakeholders about the second lowest normal would be difficult. You should leverage the Confidence Interval as well to decide the best SLA target
