I'd say yes, accepting decent products for give-aways is fine. I'd be happy with you doing reviews and features on a wider range of watch related products to be honest - that macro lens looks interesting, also reviews on watchmaking tools, watch storage options, etc would be fine.
I think for giveaways it’s fine.. for general videos I’d be inclined to stick with watches, but honestly, it’s your channel.. you should post whatever you choose. I think for giveaways there’s no problem there accepting other partnerships. I believe you’ve reviewed other products before like watchwinders/boxes. The more a product relates to watches is better, the lens is a pretty good one. That addiesdive watch looks pretty svelte. I love the 36mm sand dune watch I have from them.
With the headphones I can listen to your videos 😋 with the lens I can zoom into watches... so anything that is even slightly related to the watches is okay :))

Yes, I Think it’s fine as long as its watch related… it can be directly related like eg watch storage, straps, books, watch wall art/posters etc, or like the lens you’re showing, a light box, LEDs.. stuff that can/could be used with watches.

I would say that too many non-watch products can also result in blowback even if they are just for giveaways (I've seen it in comments sections of other reviewers) where somehow viewers feel that doing too many ads/promos for other products lessens a reviewers expertise and integrity (rightly or wrongly) - because they are no longer considered 'specific topic/watch focused' and are considers "sold out" to the numbers algorithm. In short I would do it but I would take it slow and be picky.
