I live in USA . I do admire Junaid Bahi very good vlogger. You are right we should be respectful. He works hard for every penny . He could settle outside but he didn’t like IK. Many times I got chance but I didn’t buy anything In Pakistan. It comes down to safety and security. In USA law and order taken very seriously. I could buy a house anywhere in USA without leaving my home but I can’t do that for Pakistan. It comes down to law and order.
It is not about afforadability. It is about that this real estate market has made Pakistan poorer. Because investment in this sector makes individual rich but Pakistan as a whole has not gained nothing from such sector and advertising such elite projects doesn't suit this guy.

It’s not just in Pakistan. Gap between rich and poor is increasing all around the world. In USA you won’t believe people don’t have 100$ left over after paying bills they have to count every penny where to spend carefully. People are lining up at food banks every day to get free food which is donated from big stores where only rich can shop.
It’s upon individuals to work hard and create your own opportunities to get out of poor bracket (). If you are gonna sit abs wait for a hand out, you will get poor fat by day and no help will come.

The hypocrisy is that, for views and to appear as some sort of inspiration to look forward to, he blames lack of innovation, and investment in property rather than investment in ideas and tech. He never misses any opportunity to promote these Real Estate projects as they bring in money and quite a lot that he promotes are the projects who have thrived on easy and pressurised land grab!

I am perplexed with mixed messages coming out of Pak. On the one hand, people can't afford the basic necessities, while on the other, I see commercials for high-end luxury goods and properties. I wish, the message was more transparent for the Pakistanis living abroad so we could assess it better in order to help people out back home.

Bro I stay in a 2 Bhk ..rent 16k. 800 sqft and a decent area. But near my house there is Google Office, if i go further 2 km we have Columbia Asia Hospital with epic facilities, Pepsi Co ka office is also 10 mins walk. VKV school is 3 km from my house. The airport is approx 18 km. Samne ek temple hai, aur 200 mtr pe ek masjid hai. Uber, Ola Rapido is always available, Am sorry but the thing you are selling is not worth it. Raegistan pe 25 cr ka ghar leke kya fayda batao.
I'll be honest, your point is right. The place where this society is located, as soon as you exit the gate, you enter an expressway which is always full of dust and being constructed for 6 fucking years and still not built. Plus, this society is very close to places like Rawat and Humak which are basically industrial areas. So the air quality in these areas is absolutely shit and it's way more humid than it should be. I also live close to this society but my society has a better location. But the terrible air quality is there. Trust me, if you leave your car for two weeks, it will be covered with layers of dust. I don't even open my room's windows yet the tables are so dusty after a few days.

I’m just frustrated at the fact that our own property and urban planners could have never achieved this, and when an Emirati govt owned company builds a neighborhood par with Dubai it is considered luxury. The same things the govt officials like about Dubai will never do this in their own country. I live in Abu Dhabi and I can say there are hundreds of small and tiny things where the municipality has considered for public benefit and peace.
Plus we need more high rise residences than villas. When you are living in a country of 230M, Pakistan isn’t your private estate but rather you are sharing the land with hundreds of millions of other people so you have to put collective benefit ahead of your personal interests. We have already seen the fallout of putting personal interests over collective for decades

I have noticed one thing about Pakistanis, they love to live big. They are similar to our Indian Punjab. South Indians are the opposite. My HOD's montly income is around 60 lakh Indian rupees a month, he would come to college driving a scooty wearing slippers.

Its a JV between emaar and DHA. No you do not have to be super rich to enjoy this lifestyle. We purchased our plot back in 2014 when a new sector was launched which was affordable and only lucky ones got the balloted plots.
The bad thing about marketing is that they show you only the good side. let me tell you something its way too far from main Islamabad, almost about 25 km away, near Rawat. Expressway connects it to the main Islamabad which is most of the time jammed or congested. Daily commute will be a huge problem. You also didn't tell anything about the water supply and security. Though, houses are beautifully designed and architected but that only reason is not enough to invest.
Junaid … while being one of your followers, I am certain you’ve put this video up as a satire… there are people burning electricity bills and sleeping hungry in Pakistan and you showing a project emphasising that there are no visible electricity wires cannot be anything else, I’d say !
Don't be sad brother this community is also facing the load shedding of gas and electricity is every single day for hours even. Seeing the negative response on this video I would like to say that some people just like to complain instead of working hard to achieve any thing in life.
If you are unable to get food then why don't you get a fucking job already or you can't because your poor life choices led you to this point in life . I would say that everything happening in Pakistan is just a course of natural selection , basically the survival of the fittest, and in the current era mental fitness is the key to success .
Now you can't blame the government for not providing you with jobs and food on your table because all you ever did was play cricket or waste your time on any other side activities instead of focusing on your studies , and now you go waving around your Arts degree or some other completely irrelevant degree and your English is so bad and broken that if a native English speaker heard it his eardrums might rupture.
