There are some alternatives like the Goebel GO-12-N, or even the Astro Pneumatic ADN14 or ADN38 if anyone is curious. Keep up the great work I've watched a bunch of your content and look forward to seeing more.

    Looks amazing Tim! Your shop is a work of art as well! I see one possible problem in the angle of the drive line being the amount of angle from engine to differential... I'm sure you have a plan? Otherwise if it's direct as is you may develope a serious vibration??? Great work Tim, so nice!

    • @timsane
      @timsane  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Mike, here we go again 😉 Good eye! I will add a transmission to the clutch output shaft. Those gears will delete all the offset you see right now. The driveshaft will be nearly horizontal later (maybe 5 degree upwards). Since you post EVERYTIME i will pin your next comment on the next video. This should be a rc racing class and you could be the main chassis supplier and your chassis or chassis same as yours only allowed and maybe run a cheaper motor like a weed eater 2 stroke to make it cheaper and run the on a big track

    So what idea you have for additional power? Turbo or s/c cause we’ve had this conversation before. Not gonna be enough oomph with Toyan for this beast. I’d love to see a Crowley stuck in there but who’s got 10k for a mini engine. The guy should send you an engine to showcase in this awesome build.

    • @timsane
      @timsane  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The engine will get a complete makeover plus supercharger (target is 15psi) and after that.... I am going to cheat like crazy 😜

    Auch wenn ich immer das Gleiche erzähle: wieder ne geile Arbeit und es macht Spaß zu zusehen.
    Hätte es für die Kamerahalterung nicht so ein "einschaltbarer" Magnetfuß getan, oder wolltest Du ohnehin ein Loch (oder 2) in die Wand bohren? :'D

    • @timsane
      @timsane  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Das ist sehr nett, dass Du Dir nochmal die Mühe machst zu kommentieren. Das Blech der Wand ist zu dünn um magnetisch aufzuhängen. Man bräuchte einen Magnetfuss mit 15x15cm.... Schön das Du hier dabei bist!
