This is a tutorial video on how to take apart and replace the LCD and glass screen on your Apple iPhone 7 Plus. (The entire LCD+Digitizer+Glass screen assembly)
It's the same procedure and same glass screen used for all carrier models.
All models -
iPhone 7
iPhone 7 Plus 7+
I used the following tools:
1. Pentalope screwdriver
2. Y Tri Tip screwdriver
3. Small Phillips head screw driver
4. Hair dryer or Heat gun.
5. Prying tool

On a black screen like this one you need to dig out the ambient light cover and transfer it to the new screen which he has not done before you put the ribbon cable back in place, if you dont do that the proximity sensor which blanks out the screen when you put phone to your ear wont work properly if at all.
Is it even water resistant even after repairing the glass
What can cause your touchscreen acting weird? Some touches don’t register sometimes or when i press a letter, a totally different letter gets registered.
Did yours earpiece speaker work after you changed this lcd???
My screws for the ear piece won't unscrew

hey man will the home button stop working if i do such repair? I've read that when you change a new screen the home button will stop working?
I have heard this as well. Can you confirm if the home button works or not? It looks like it does at the end of the video but want to make sure.

I have a friend that replace the screen, but when he connect the screen to the frame he lose the homebutton, headspeaker and the microphone. But if you disconnect the screen from the frame all of this will work again. Any solution what it can be?
