Give it good feeding. Nothing else. Just they can be dewormed with Fenbendazole 3 g (Panacure Bolus 3 gram to each adult one) may be given. Because they are under fed they are not coming to heat. You can give Minfa Strong 8 kg x 1 bang (25 gm two times daily for one month). Later I can suggest the hormone therapy ..
