During initial revisions, it is better to cover the entire DAMS notes. Because even if you don’t get time to go through everything in the end, your long term memory will help. Plus DAMS notes are already concise :)

@@RahulKumar-jb1is Since Dams notes are very crisp, I would suggest not to leave any topics out of that since you can't afford to lose any important topics which may be asked.

Plan the number of revisions and duration of each according to your capabilities like (90-50-30-10 days) Spend adequate time for first revision with focus which will make the subsequent revisions easier. After reading a major subject say Surgery, read a short subject like Anaesthesia before going to the next major subject. Hope this helps :)
