And they say a flash game is impossible, the only thing left to do is make the movement smoother, add some story, boss fights ,side crime missions, nerf the phasing abilities to just phasing on one place but can’t take any damage for 10 seconds, + a couple of buildings and boom a flash game
The flash mod doesn't require you to have any more power than the vanilla game. If you want to add other mods for visuals and stuff, that I do not know.
