This video accurately demonstrated my experience when I attended post-operative physical therapy at my local hospital. (Except for the re-use of the wax.) Now that my prescription has expired, I'm considering getting my own privately-owned paraffin bath setup. I'm concerned about the proper handling and storage of a device like this. Where can I learn more?

It's unsanitary to reuse the wax, UNLESS she will be the ONLY patient using it. If it's for PRIVATE USE ONLY it's acceptable, but NEVER in a medical facility. Oh Nooooo!!!

Wanda Oliver when she said she was putting the wax back in I cringed. I just got a professional thermobath. I’m excited to use it on my hands.

All y'all who are saying this is unsanitary I admit I agree. Here is my thinking on this...
How about using a glove for the treatment and then discard when finished. But it gets way better in my head and thoughts. Dipping a person's hand in a wax bath.... how do you know their hands are clean and sanitized in the 1st place? Yes we can use a sanitizer before hand but do ya'll know what that client has been doing with their hands beforehand!?!? The answer is NO we don't. And nobody has co..ented on this process as ita just as unsanitary as putting the used wax back in.... just some food for thought 😋 🤔 😉
