I love the kettlebell swings off course but my favorites of lower body kettlebell are the Romanian DL and the staggered Romanian DL I love ❤️ plus when you end with planks (I can do 8mins now & building up cuz I'm obsessed with planks) & the bridge butt lifts are amazing. All that you do is excellent 👍🏼🌟
I ❤️ the wide squat, KB swings, deadlift to squat, & staggered RDLs (RDLs are my fav lower body exercise hehe)! The alt lunge backs were challenging tho 🥵
I love that you have so many ten and 15 minute workouts to combine to form a full workout. Just did this with a 20-minute upper body for a great 30. Thanks!
I'm SO glad to find 10 and 20 minute STANDING leg and glute workouts, and just shorter ones in general! They are hard to find! This is perfect before my online class! This one was a burner! Subscribed!
