If you are exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet you will see results. You need to progressively overload, that is up to you to increase the weights when your form is good and it workouts are getting easier. I have a free monthly workout calendar posted to my community tab. Enjoy x
Wow, I was making some funny faces with that squat pulse finisher! Thank you for another intense workout! I wasn't sure if you might be able to help with a question I've been wondering about as well. For some reason (likely my bad knees), I struggle with bending my back leg during the lunge movements and keeping good form. Sometimes I just replace with a lateral lunge because those I have no problem doing right, although I can do a regular lunge during yoga with my back leg kept straight like in a yoga pose. I was wondering if it might be okay to modify the lunges to keep my back leg straight? Or just keep replacing with the lateral lunge? Thank you in advance if you might have any input on this. 😀
Hey lovely, The main aim of the lunge back is to work the front leg, so extending the back leg out straight instead of a 90 degree angle is fine and will work the muscles in a similar way. If anything this exercise would be harder with the back leg straight. I would go and see someone in person about this as it could be an easy fix 😊 it would be easier to help if I could see your form in person 😊 let me know how you go xx

It is funny how that works out but our bodies are all so uniquely different while a slight modification can make a world of difference. I also tried with my back leg straight and that worked as well. Now I won't fear the lunges and can be proud that I can do a harder variety when I want to challenge myself even more. It is likely thanks to your intense glute exercises! I am a beginner its like first day of my workout. I could only do 4 min of it and then I have to stop.
