This video was essential in getting my light kit installed properly. But the result is amazing! Now I need a video like this for the Ghostbusters Firehouse kit. I have that kit on the way. I’ve had the house for two years.
hello there, been 9 month, didi you build up the kit and ecto together? is it clear in the instruction how to install the kit while building up the lego set? thank you in advance
I'm doing that right now. It's much easier and a completely different route for the wiring since I don't have to work around other parts. I use the video for the bag numbers and then do the install per the video. I will say that I've had to deal with these lights and wires on another model and I HATE them! SOOOO tiny and hard to handle when plugging the wires into the boards! Edit: I used my own holes to do this wiring using a dremel tool with a bit just big enough to let a connector pass through. Every board is still mounted in the places shown, but my wiring is far different and almost completely invisible to the outside as I went straight through the bricks. A little hassle, yes, but well worth the extra effort. Just as a side note here: This particular Lego model is the WORST I've ever had to deal with as many of the pieces are barely hanging on by a thread not to mention that they are not a tight fit. I give ths model a 3/5.
Why in the world is this sped up so much. Even at slow speed playback it is hard to see what is going on. It's better than nothing but I am having a super frustrating time with this kit so far.
If we upload at normal speed, it will take a long time, the memory will increase, and it will be more difficult for us to upload the video, so we have accelerated it. But for the new items we will control its speed and movement so that it will not be so difficult to watch.
the bricksmax has better headlights and interior but the light my bricks one has slightly better rear lights and the mini rover thing at the back gets lit up too as well as the lights on the roof being ever so slightly better. but the biggest difference is the price. this lightmybricks is 200 aud and this is only 70 so i feel this has much better value for money personally
I Just finished to mount the kit but the bottom part of the roof and the internal car lights doesn't work, it's ok only the headlights and the backlights (the part down), someone can help me for understand what Is wrong?
The manual was kind of hazy during the part of connecting top with the rest. The top connects via the interior lights path which then goes from the front inlight to the bottom of the car.

The instruction booklet never showed to install the function board. Now im stuck.

this one looks just as good as the lightmybricks lighting kit at a much more reasonable price. this looks more my speed. does it have sound?

Check whether the connection wire is broken or poor contact.
