    I have a different brand mower, but it appears the same as yours, and just wanted to warn you about the hoses for the quick coupler, as they get broken easily if you aren't aware , when backing up with mower down stuff seems to poke onwards , and the shield on mine isn't quite protective enough

      Yeah I have a coupler guard from
      Kubota on there now to protect them

    That thing looks like it really struggles cutting those tiny trees . You should watch the videos about blue dimond, I haven't seen anything yet that comes close to that beast . I'm buying one soon .

      Videos are deceiving blue diamond aren’t worth the money but spend yours however you want we’ve owned 2 of these cutters now and we love them can’t beat it for 6500 shipped to your door

      @floridafenceland1137 I've used many brush mowers, and I've never seen anything close to those beasts . You get what you pay for and it's ok to admit defeat 👌

    With the mulching teeth, how much of a stump is left above grade? Does it grind down flush with the ground or does it leave an inch or two? I ask because I would like to eventually use a zero turn mower once the grass grows back. Thanks.

    I got a 78 inch terminator XP for my T76 and it’s been great. Customers are usually not happy unless I go back and scrape up the mess. I usually charge them extra for that. I call it a mulcher but everyone else calls it a shredder. It’s good for the price but it’s not a mulcher. It’a a tree mower. I tried it on a svl75-2 low flow and it did poorly. The Kubota had no power. Low flow only

    • @floridafenceland1137
      @floridafenceland1137  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I offer that as an addition service, “root raking” and yeah it’s kind of a mulcher but also not, it’s a heavy bush hog that can mulch I’ve heard it called a forestry mower! Also the xps you gotta run on high flow.

      Ive got a JD 325G standard flow 22 gpm with a Rut mfg 60” Gladiator and theres not much it wont cut. Its damn near a disc mulcher!

    • @pigslayer106
      @pigslayer106 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@NLD352 the gladiator is a beast. just wish Rut would make a smaller motor housing so you can see in front of the cutter. I also wish Rut would offer actual mulching teeth for the terminator XP instead of charging 2-3X more for a disc mulcher

    I appreciate the review I’m in the market for one and was leaning towards that exact one for my cat 289D high flow machine and I’m thinking that’s the one to get

      Make sure about the flow and you know how much your machine puts out so you can get the right motor flow on your carrier. I've seen people mess up way to much because of not having the right one to handle the flow from Carrier. You can gave them rested at a shop to see the exact flow. Machines say ine thing but the carrier can be different because they can adjust the pump.

    I noticed the mower stalled out quickly. It isn't specked out for the type of material you are cutting.

      All attachments and all flow rates bog down at some point and if you have any experience with these types of attachments you would know that he had a load on it when it bogged. Rut mfg definitely makes a top tier brush cutter

    I'm curious if you have a lexan/plexiglass front window? I have a similar setup and haven't used it yet but I'm thinking the glass window isn't going to last long.

    • @floridafenceland1137
      @floridafenceland1137  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes I do now I had a glass hit barb wire and it slung back and broke my glass I now have 1/2 thick door from
      Perry company

    Is this Palm Beach or Hendry county? West coast? I have to deal with maleleuca trees from time to time but mostly elephant grass. Don't have a fancy setup like yours just an old Bobcat 863 with brushmonster mower. Looks like cnary island date palms you mulched, they sell for good money down here. Brazillian pepper is the thing I like to grind up most, it is awful.
