silver is weak. and in heartgold and soulsilver they should've added another rival battle where all of his pokemon are evolved and will actually be tough.
TheWishMaker never evolved in the original games considering its evolution didn't exist. I don't know why game freak didn't decide to evolve it (or magneton) in this gen
Well you can’t get magnezone unless you trade via Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. And for weaving, u need to level it up while holding a razor claw. I guess Ugly lazy to do it
