Heal Herald Prestacking Energy

With the corruption line (3-2-2) heal herald can put themselves in combat before pulling a boss to build up to 100 energy. When the fight starts, boons are removed but energy is not.
CAUTION - other people cannot res when you are prestacking in an instance. Also, it may interfere with log timers as you will be in combat before the pull and/or after the boss dies.
