Let me preface this with the fact each keystone punch-down tool fits specific keystones. It locks you into a specific vendor, which is fine because it forces you to standardize.
I will start with the runner-up with 17 votes: the JackRapid by Fluke. This punch-down tool has different models for Panduit, Leviton, etc. That certainly makes it appealing for those types of keystones.
First place at 50 votes is the Vertical Cable I-Punch tool that works with the V-max keystones.
It’s a solid and well-made unit that is becoming an industry standard. It’s my personal favorite and also has been widely adopted in the community.
One nice thing about the v-max keystones is that you don’t have to untwist because of the teeth in the keystone.

Never used the V punch tool so I can't comment on that tool, we are primarily an AMP which is now Commscope installer and the SL tool they have is all I use now. I've had to use the Jack rapid and others for leviton jacks but the SL does such a clean tight termination and its so easy to use.
