Good video. just an FYI they run those motor leads through that metal flex and it rubs the leads inside causing them to arc on the metal jacket when the unit vibrates while running. I had a unit tripping like this just recently thinking it was the overload just to come back with the overload tripped and a blown fuse
Thanks for taking the time to make the video for others. Be interested to know what you found out after letting it run a while and if you discovered if the winding insulation was deteriorating via the megger test at 500V. After it ran a while, the amperage imbalance or lack their of. You know, each legs amp added together, divided by 3, and then the % of deviation for each lag from the average. I mean thats just what came to my mind as I was viewing video. Enjoyed the low voltage portion the most. I've seen some motor overloads that have a N.O. contact that is wired to the contractor's auxiliary to "cut" the low voltage to the contactor coil, but I didn't see that on the video. So the motor contactor in your situation was still energized? Correct? Again, thanks and keep in the training mode. Jeff
Meg tested @ 500 & 1000 volts and the motor passed, the amperages was with tolerance, the overload doesn’t break the line voltages (please watch video again and look closer at OL) it only breaks low voltage (24v) from Q5 output
I have a Liebert Model: PX011UA1A8B679, the set point is 23 degrees Celsius and 12 dew point, the problem is that the temperature drops to 18 and the humidity does not drop below 70%, it has resistors, 24 volts do not reach the coil of the resistance contactor, the password I entered is 5010, Greetings.
@@robomaniac8 Before the resistors there is a contactor and a card has a fixed red LED, could it be that the card has been damaged or could it be some parameter that the card has a red LED?
Does your liebert have dehumidifier option? If yes lower the humidity setpoint. Here it will run the cooling and the electric heaters simultaneously after room temperature setpoint has been obtained, to remove humidity. In the event your liebert don't have dehumidifier option or the electric heater don't work, this will cause room temperature to fall well below setpoint while in dehumidifier mode
So you can go into setup option and disable dehumidifier or raise humidity setpoint however not to high because now you activate humidifier mode necessary if it available
One would think that the overload at the time of your checking the motor windings would have been open. Suggest in future you make this check at the load side of the overload
Good Afternoon, I have a Liebert model: PX011UA1A8B679, the set point is 23 degrees Celsius and 12 dew point, the problem is that the Card Model: 416441G burns, the red LED lights up, it is the one that activates the contactor coil. the Resistor, that card receives 24 v from the main card and has a 24 v output for the contactor coil, could you help me please, Regards.
Blower contactor visual and voltage drop test. I know you said you would just replace it with the OL, but that's just changing parts not diagnosing. :-) Yea... I giving a little bit of crap... Thanks for the video.
I have seen a unit trip when filter replaced without turning the unit off and also seen the unit trip when testing smoke and fire alarm panels causing the blower to stop
Thanks for your great instructions clear and concise

Good job...if your in NYC, possible brown out or power dip in building. Liebert overloads are sensitive as hell
Thanks for watching ... NYC 💯
Good work 👍✅ ok

Are you familiar with Liebert units with the economizer pump package?
Yes I believe I do
@@D2DNYAC I keep getting intermittent “Pump fail to start” alarms and cant figure out why. Any suggestions?

But what was the motor rating amps?
Thats a Good question
Давно отказался от использования тепловых реле. Очень низкая надёжность. За видео спасибо🖖

Try password 2210, it gives you 3rd level access on all Liebert systems.

These isn’t connected to motor windings circuits !

Indeed everything checked out and passed. Amperage ,voltages, resistance, even mega ohm the the motor no problem found
It was an intermittent malfunction between the overload and contactor
Might as well replace the contactor while your at it lol cheap part that can possibly save a call back
Tyron is your name?
No

Whoever changed those filters recently left the panels open with no filters in it for to long more than likely and over amped it.
Possibly
I have seen a unit trip when filter replaced without turning the unit off and also seen the unit trip when testing smoke and fire alarm panels causing the blower to stop
confusing, should start with sequence of operation.
