Slightly disappointed. Was hoping you were going to replicate some of the 30 day chair workout ads that constantly pop up on FB and elsewhere asking you to buy their program.
@ Oh, I knew the ads have nothing to do with you, I just thought you might have seen them and be doing a takeoff from them. Seems the chair exercises is a “thing” lately. And you do a much better job of telling me how to do things without hurting myself or overdoing it.
I don’t know how I stumbled onto your channel, but I’m happy I did!

I do many Ennis workouts which I think are excellent but this was a little disappointing. I'm 80 years old and it wasn't even a workout for me.
Wow! Sorry to hear that! Try adding some light weights and bands to increase the difficulty if needed. I have done that before:)
